1. Apple Learning Specialist Supervisor

Responsibilities :

  • Understand deeply regarding Apple product knowledge and able to utilize the product well
  • Create and deliver training curriculum related to Apple product
  • Ensure customers has the sufficient knowledge of Apple product
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and result
  • Prepare report related to the training process and development.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • At least 2 years experience as a product specialist/trainer for technology product
  • Have excellent communication skills and passion in teaching/training
  • Must be technology enthusiast, adapt well to new technology, and be able to learn fast
  • Must be fluent in English (speaking & writing), able to deliver material (teaching/training) in English
  • Familiar with Apple products and ecosystems (would be a plus)
  • Have certification in Adobe, Microsoft, Google, Samsung, etc (would be a plus)
  • Willing to fully work at office

2. Content Creator Specialist

Responsibilities :

  • Come up with ideas, scripts & plan for social videos, shoot and edit video.
  • Assisting the content production strategy for each social platform, Tiktok, Instagram Reels & Youtube.
  • Content research about the latest trend in Tiktok/Instagram Reels/Youtube
  • Track and report on performance of social videos

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Creative, or any related major
  • Has proven experience in Content Creation or any related roles minimal 4 years
  • Able to create videos using mobile phone
  • Tech & Lifestyle gadget enthusiast, extrovert, and creative person
  • Comfortable being in front of the camera
  • Willing to work from office at Erajaya Plaza, Bandengan Selatan, Jakarta Barat

3. Industrial & Employee Relations Manager

Responsibilities :

  • Build constructive relationships between all stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Monitor internal and external labour relations trends and submit relevant reports to Management.
  • Facilitate the implementation of regular meetings between management and labour.
  • Gaining buy-in on important business decisions.
  • Coordinates the implementation of employee programs and employee relations.
  • Communicates, distributes and implements changes to all employees
  • Enhance management and labour knowledge on IR-related issues.
  • Review and revise Company Regulations/Peraturan Perusahaan (PP), Collective Labour Agreement (CLA), wage review and labour related policies and procedures.
  • Dispute Settlement (reviews investigation report from internal team)
  • Identifies the breach/violation of related policies or procedures
  • Provides recommended disciplinary action based on IR guidelines and practices).
  • Conduct company retrenchment consultation and implementation in compliance with the law.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, industrial relations, business administration, or a related field
  • Relevant work experience in industrial relations, employee relations, labor relations, or a related field.
  • Understanding of employment laws, labor regulations, and collective bargaining agreements
  • Excellent communication skills, and negotiation skills both written and verbal, to interact effectively with employees, unions, and stakeholders

4. Visual Merchandiser

Responsibilities :

  • Define, design and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy.
  • Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store.
  • Produce window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans and special promotions displays.
  • Identify key messages and set a clear image of the end result.
  • Come up with, revise and present design ideas with assistant merchandisers.
  • Act in alignment to the organization’s culture, products, image and target market.
  • Monitor costs and work within budget.
  • Oversee the production and brief staff on arranging displays.
  • Able to perform the arrangement of the items displayed in all outlets include (thematic concept, visibility, Grand Opening, Launching).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, any field with minimum GPA 3.00, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position preferably in Retail Industry.
  • Ability to analyze sales merchandising reports & survey results.
  • Willing to mobile to the stores and work from office in Bandengan Selatan, Jakarta Barat office
