Qualifications :

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor Degree in Science/Engineering or equivalent with additional professional qualifications in HSE and Fire & Safety Management Systems.
  • Fluent In English And Other Languages Is A Plus.
  • Handling and Control Budget related to HSE
  • Handling Achievement HSE Audit from External
  • Develop new policies related to safety, health, and environmental concerns. These policies may include implementing new equipment, creating training programs, or adopting strategies to improve productivity while maintaining compliance with safety standards.
  • Monitors the effective implementation of appropriate Safety and Environment System procedures and provide for their updating in line with changes in Legislation and Company Directives.
  • Conducts safety audits both internal and external.
  • Provides Safety support and advice, including supervision on preparation of plans and procedures for initial contract start up activities.
  • Working knowledge in Health, Safety and Environment Management Systems, Environmental Discharges, Incident Command System, Incident Investigation by using Tripod Beta Tool, HSE Auditing Techniques, HEMP, Radiological Safety.

7. Head of Housekeeping

Qualifications :

  • Have working experience In the same Position Minimum experience of 5 years or more.
  • Preferred by hotels, residences, properties, and hospitality.

  • Controlling general service activities in accordance with applicable policies and SOPs
  • Evaluate and take effective actions on performance results: Cleaning Service, Landscaping, Pest & Rodent Control.
  • Control the maintenance and repair of building facilities
  • Responding to complaints and solving problems related to housekeeping and general services activities.
  • Planning and Control Budget.
  • Establish corrective actions for Housekeeping and general service activities.
  • Supervise the services in handling the waste management from the building to the external waste handler properly to ensure no disruption or health impact to the building occupants and surrounding.
