Lowongan Kerja di PT Dharma Guna Wibawa

1. HR Assistant Manager

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree in all major.
• At least 5 years experience to handle Compensation Benefit & Payroll.
• Experienced in organizing Salary Structure standards based on the Organization Structure/ Charts.
• Experienced in handling Payroll in a company that has more than 1000 employees.
• Familiar with Government Regulation in Compensation & Benefit e.g regulation and implementation of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan, Tax Article 21 (PPH 21), and also employee e-SPT.
• Mastering in using Microsoft Office application: Word, Excel (with advanced skill in Data Processing).
• Possess high attention to detail.
• Ability to take initiative and maintain confidentiality.
• Preferably having experience in HRIS and Payroll Information systems will be an advantage..

Responsibilities :

• Create cascading salary & benefits package or structure based on employee grading/ leveling from top to bottom.
• Conduct recording, analysis, and payment process for all employees (all position levels) and prepare monthly payroll cost report.
• Prepare Payroll Report details for further process in Finance Division.
• Calculate, report, and ensure all of BPJS TK, BPJS Kesehatan, and PPh 21 of all employees are processed accurately.
• Maintain and prepare the tax calculation on benefit in kind which has been paid to employees.
• Reconcile headcount, salaries, and other income data (such as overtime or incentives) between employee database or hard copies and Payroll System including log and report any payroll cases.
• Oversees the HR operations, ensures smooth procedures, and supervises day-to-day administrative tasks.

2. Sales Plantation Trainee

Kualifikasi :

• Pendidikan S1 Pertanian.
• Freshgraduate.
• Usia Max 30 tahun.
• Menguasai Microsoft Office dengan baik (Microsoft Excel dan Microsoft Power point).
• Jujur, Kreatif dan memiliki dedikasi yang tinggi.
• Mampu bekerja secara individu dan team.
• Bisa mengendarai roda empat dan memiliki SIM A.
• Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh wilayah Indonesia.

Tanggung Jawab :

• Bertanggung jawab terhadap sales dan marketing produk.
• Eksekusi kegiatan sales call, demo plot, dan kegiatan promosi.
• Melakukan ekspansi produk dan customer di wilayah kerja.
• Melakukan reporting ke Sales Supervisor.
• Melakukan evaluasi kegiatan promosi dilapangan.

3. Data Analyst

Qualifications :

• Bachelor Degree in Mathematics or Accounting.
• Strong mathematical skills to help collect, measure, organize and analyze data.
• Technical proficiency regarding database design development, data models, techniques for data mining, and segmentation.
• Experience in handling reporting packages.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Adept at queries, writing reports, and making presentations.
• Verbal and Written communication skills.
• Proven working experience in data analysis.

Responsibilities :

• Using automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources.
• Processing data and fixing errors and related problems.
• Developing and maintaining databases, data systems – reorganizing data in a readable format.
• Performing analysis to assess quality and meaning of data.
• Filter Data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to identify and correct problems.
• Using statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets that could be helpful for the diagnosis and prediction.
• Assigning numerical value to essential business functions so that business performance can be assessed and compared over periods of time.
• Analyzing local, national, and global trends that impact both the organization and the industry.
• Preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
• Working with management heads to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Preparing final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends.
