1. HRO/Payroll Specialist (Jakarta)

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Human Resource Management/Psychology or equivalent
• Required skill(s): PPH 21,BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in HR information systems (HRIS) and payroll software.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

2. SEO Specialist (Jakarta)

Requirements :

• 2 years of experience in digital marketing in general and SEO in specific – Good knowledge of Google Analytics 4, SEMrush, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Google Data Studio, and any other SEO analytical tools
• Proven portfolio of growing the SEO, real cases
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, economics, management, or any related field
• Good skills in English (especially speaking and writing) and Bahasa Indonesia
• Data analytics experience will be a plus

3. Tax Specialist (Semarang & Batam)

Requirements :

• Bachelors in Accounting or Tax
• Hold Brevet Certificatr A, B and C.
• Hold Certificate of USKP would be preferrable
• Proficient in Tax Reporting Software
• Ability to meet deadline
• Extraordinary problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitasking efficiently
• Minimum 2 years experience

4. Business Consultant (Bali)

Requirements :

• Currently domicile in Bali (preferably)
• Minimum bachelor degree (preferred in Management, Business, or Law)
• Have experience in consulting company, or B2B sales. Also prefer someone with global company background
• Have a minimum of 2 years of job experience in sales or consulting
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Excellent English

5. Business Development (Bali)

Requirements :

• Min. bachelor’s degree (preferred in business or law)
• Have a minimum of 2-3 years job experience in consulting, sales, or law Professional approach to clients
• Very good communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated to exceed targets and grow personally and professionally
• Ability to work independently and with the team
• Responsible approach to job duties and administration
• Professional working experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Email
• Excellent English (ability to speak in other language is a plus)

6. Customer Service Representative (Mandarin Speaker) (Batam)

Requirements :

• Minimum 25 years old
• Minimum education is Diploma degree, preferrably from Secretary, Business, Marketing major
• Excellent in English and Mandarin skills in verbal and written
• Able to operate Microsoft Office
• Creative and pro-active
• Able to work independent and in a team as well

7. Graphic & UI/UX Designer – Contract Based (Jakarta)

Requirements :

• Relevant experience as Graphic Designer/Creative Designer
• High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere & Figma
• A creative thinker, able to work in a fast-pacing, entrepreneurial environment
• Ability to get tasks done with minimum supervision
• Portfolio showcase the design skills, static and dynamic design will be a plus
