Lowongan Kerja di PT Royal Pesona Indonesia

1. Freelance Content Creator (Amaterasun)

Requirements :

• Extrovert, Love being on camera and Makeup Enthusiast
• Loves and wants to be a part of SOMETHINC team
• Have proven experience as Beauty Content Creator (IG, TikTok, etc)
• Have experience as English copywriter is a plus point
• Excellent communication skills
• Skilled in simple video-editing or Capcut is a plus
• Able to join ASAP

2. Content Creator – Makeup

Requirements :

• Freshgraduate are welcome to apply
• Extrovert, Love being on camera and Beauty Enthusiast
• Have proven experience as Beauty Content Creator (IG, TikTok, etc)
• Have experience as copywriter is a plus point
• Excellent communication skills
• Committed to work from Monday to Friday (9 AM to 5 PM)
• Skilled in simple video-editing or Capcut is a plus
• Able to join ASAP
• Willing to do WFO policy (Our office is located at Blugreen Integrated Office, Puri Kembangan, Jakarta Barat)
• Attach your portfolio and link to social media account (TikTok)

3. Creative Designer Internship

Requirements :

• Final year or fresh graduates from Multimedia, Visual Design Communications, or any related major
• Have experience in designing: Campaigns/Basic Motion/OOH Advertisements/Billboards/LED/KV
• Understand basic technique of Offline Designer & Online Designer (motion)
• Proficient in graphic design tools, such as: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effect and Adobe Premiere Pro
• Beauty enthusiast, have a good communication skill, out of the box and able to work in a fast paced company
• Ability to adapt in a fast paced environment
• Able to join ASAP | with minimum 3 months internship period

4. Video Editor (TikTok)

Requirements :

• Fresh Graduate with any background are welcome to apply
• Possess knowledge of TikTok Platform
• Have experience in editing videos
• Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premier Pro/After Effects/VN/CapCut, etc.)

5. Affiliator Management

Requirements :

• 1 year experience of creator e-comm affiliate partnership management; mixed experience in social media platform side and brand side.
• Strong knowledge and experience of live streaming and Strong relationship with creators and creator agencies is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills , good team player, fast learner and agile.
• Strong in leadership skills , attention to detail, affinity with numbers, strong in problem solving
• Familiar with TikTok and mainstream e-commerce platforms, experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred

6. Brand Manager

Requirements :

• Min. 5-6 years of experience in brand management & marketing (FMCG experience preferred) or as Product Manager, Brand Consultant, or Marketing at FMCG.
• Experience managing a brand across multiple markets
• Hustler, ambitious, structured,creative, and self-starter

7. Brand Executive

Requirements :

• Min. 2 years of experience in brand management & marketing (FMCG experience preferred) or as Product Manager, Brand Consultant, or Marketing at FMCG.
• Experience managing a brand across multiple markets
• Hustler, ambitious, structured,creative, and self-starter

8. Key Account Executive

Requirements :

• Experience in handling beauty brands in the drug store, department store, convenience store.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience.
• Strong problem solver and negotiator.

9. Livestream Host

Requirements :

• Energetic, persuasive, and good communication skills
• Having experience as livestream host would be a PLUS!
• Available to work 6 days/week with shifting working hours and willing to do full WFO policy

10. Senior Marketing Executive

Requirements :

• Min. 3-4 years of experience in integrated marketing.
• Passionate about the beauty industry.
• Creative, fast learner, team player, and the ability to adapt to working in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills & analytical thinking.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing.

11. Marketing & Social Media Specialist

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in Marketing and preferably with exposure in the beauty industry or Aesthetic clinic.
• Familiar with marketing and beauty trends
• Independent, detail-oriented, proactive leadership skills with positive working attitude
• Willing to work from Kelapa Gading, Jakarta
