Lowongan Kerja di PT Pharos Indonesia

1. IT Project Staff

Job description :

• Work closely with the project team in planning, executing, and monitoring projects used by the company.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements, define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Assist in identifying and mitigating project risks, proactively addressing potential issues and obstacles.
• Contribute to developing projects built using ready-made third-party tools or low-code tools.
• Support project documentation, including standard operating procedure, project charter, and status.

Qualifications :

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient in English.
• Great understanding of basic programming principles and best practices.
• Proficient in relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Proficient in Golang and Golang-related frameworks like Gin or Fiber.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Job description :

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talents.
• Conduct thorough job analysis and translate the job requirements to potential candidates.
• Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization.
• Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process and ensure the company remains competitive in attracting top talent.

Qualifications :

• Candidate must posessed PSYCHOLOGY major (minimum 4th Semester for Internship) with interest/major in Industrial & Organizational Psychology.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and develop innovative sourcing and recruitment techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and build relationships with internal stakeholders.
• For HR Intern, Ready for internship duration minimum 3 to 12 months (depends on the availability). For MT, ready for 12 months contract.

4. Analis Kesehatan (ATLM)

Job description :

• Memastikan prosedur yang tepat dalam melakukan pengambilan spesimen (swab & flebotomi) dalam layanan home care.
• Melakukan pemeriksaan dan analisa sampel berupa darah, cairan tubuh, jaringan, dan sel.
• Mengoperasikan dan melakukan pemeliharaan rutin untuk alat laboratorium klinik.
• Melakukan prosedur penjaminan mutu untuk memantau dan memastikan akurasi dari hasil tes di laboratorium.

Qualifications :

• Pria/wanita, maksimal umur 30 tahun.
• Lulusan D3/D4 dari jurusan Ahli Teknologi Laboratorium Medik (ATLM).
• Memiliki Surat Tanda Registrasi (STR) yang masih aktif selama kurang lebih 2 tahun kedepan.
• Kandidat yang memiliki pengalaman kerja yang relevan di bidang analisa kesehatan akan menjadi nilai tambah (maksimal pengalaman kerja 2 tahun).
• Mampu beradaptasi dalam lingkungan dan tanggung jawab pekerjaan yang dinamis.
• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi lisan dan tulisan dalam Bahasa Inggris (aktif atau pasif, minimum memiliki kemampuan membaca yang baik).

5. Analytical Development Scientist

Job description :

• Prepare trial procedure for analysis method research, including but not limited to literature review, lab trial, and analysis method validation and optimization.
• Conduct analysis method research in lab scale which comply to guidelines and regulations for raw material & finished-goods.
• Assist the transfer of validated analysis method and standard procedure to the related department(s).
• Conduct lab analysis for raw material, trial samples, and stability products.
• Perform comparative in-vitro dissolution test to verify the equivalence of drug products to its comparator and the compliance to the guidelines and regulations.

Qualifications :

• Having interest and good knowledge in analytical chemistry of drug products.
• Have a good understanding of pharmaceutical guidelines related to analytical development will be an added value, such as US, FI, COB, CPOTB, cGMP, GLP, GdocP, and knowledge regarding BA/BE (Bioavailibility/Bioequivalence).
• Fresh graduate of bachelor’s degree (S1) of Chemistry/Pharmacy/Apothecary or diploma’s degree (D3) of Analytical Chemistry.
• Qualified individual with challenge-driven attitude, good analytical thinking, problem-solving skill, detail-oriented, and good stress management.
• Willing to work in shift system.
• Ready for working placement at South Jakarta.

6. Management Trainee Business & Marketing Development

Job description :

• Identify current company products in the market and always be updated on pharmaceutical/healthcare market trends.
• Conduct market research analysis to identify new business opportunities.
• Explore new partnership opportunities with potential business partners.
• Involve in marketing activities (campaigns, digital marketing, etc.).
• Formulate innovative marketing strategies through data analysis.
• Work closely with top management to collaborate with multiple departments.

Qualifications :

• Fresh graduate of bachelor’s degree in any major with high interest in pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
• Interested in the business development of pharmaceutical market.
• Qualified individual with challenge-driven attitude, good analytical thinking, excellent communication & negotiation skills, problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, good time management, and good stress management.
• Have a good understanding of pharmaceutical guidelines or experiences (internship or professional) in business development or marketing will be an added value.
