Lowongan Kerja di Varion Coffee

1. RM Purchasing Manager

Description :

• Responsible for developing and executing purchasing strategies, tracking metrics to reduce expenses and negotiating deals.
• Ensure clear requirements, forecast market trends, mitigate risks, and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Tracking and reporting key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
• Support the organization’s purchasing Initiatives, including sourcing and negotiation of strategic sourcing contracts.
• Create and analyze the purchasing data.

Qualifications :

• Proven working experience as Purchasing Manager minimal 2 years.
• Proven working experience in commodity industry minimal 5 years.
• Bachelor degrees in any major, Business or Management is a plus.
• Has a good knowledge in commodities market trends, in coffee business is a plus.
• Has a good negotiation skills, communication skills, leadership skills.
• Strong in microsoft office and others data visualization tools.
• Ability to gather and analyze the data.

2. RM Purchasing Supervisor

Description :

• Establish good relationship with external parties and negotiate (supplier in level farmer, farmer group and supplier).
• Market research and analyze the row material price, (keep up to date with coffee market).
• Support the organization’s purchasing initiatives, including sourcing and negotiation of strategic sourcing contracts.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
• Manage purchasing team including end-to-end daily process.
• Monitor and manager the purchasing data.
• Create purchasing daily report, liase to other department related to purchasing report.

Qualifications :

• Proven working experience as Purchasing in commodity industry minimal 3 years.
• Bachelor degrees in any major, Business or Management is a plus.
• Has a good negotiation skills, communication skills, leadership skills.
• Strong in microsoft office and others data visualization tools.
• Ability to gather and analyze the data.

3. RM Purchasing Staff

Description :

• Negotiate PO term of pricing, quality and quantity to supplier (external parties).
• Build good communication with supplier (external parties).
• Create PO detail, track orders and delivery information.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and reports, filing and copying documents as needed.
• Create and analyze PO daily report, also liase to other department related with PO detail.

Qualifications :

• Proven working experience as Purchasing Staff minimal 2 years.
• Bachelor degrees in any major.
• Has a good negotiation skills, communication skills, leadership skills.
• Strong in microsoft office, ability to gather and analyze the data.
