1. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE MANUFACTURE BATCH 4

• Observe the manufacturing site and make plan for project improvement.
• Present project to the Management and delivered the project to the floor staff.
• Analyze manufacturing data before and after project to get information about the effectiveness of the project.
• Propose improvement on the project based on the data.

Requirements :

• At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Chemical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering and Food Technology minimum GPA 3.00.
• Fresh Graduates welcome to apply
• Age between 22-25 years old.
• Wiling to be sited all over Indonesia

2. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE MARKETING BATCH 4

• Presenting original programme to the management, then execute it if apgroved
• Improving the progamme proposed based on the data.
• Responsible to analyze the market data (before and after the programme started) to collect informations about the eflectiveness of the programme.
• Observing the work process of the market and making plans according to the programme’s improvement

Requirements :

• At least a Bachelor’s Degree in industrial Engineering, Business Management, Marketing. or equtalent with minimum GPA 3.00
• Minimum has one year of working experience in related field.
• Fresh Graduates welcome to apply.
• Age between 22-25 years old.
• Willing to be placed in Cengkareng, West Jakarta
