1. Communication and Branding Executive

Job Descriptions :

• Able to provide communication planning and execution on company’s message for both internal and external stakeholder.
• Able to organize and manage company event.
• Responsible in overseeing company social media platform and creating engaging content.
• Able to create content for various channels, such as social media, company visual media, to align with the company’s message and direction.
• Preferably has the skill to create graphic design and visual content.
• Able to engage key stakeholder effectively.

Qualifications :

• Diploma or degree (any background).
• Minimal 2 years in managing company communication and branding.
• Fluent in English, both oral and writing.
• Placement in Batam.

2. Technical Superintendent

Qualifications :

• Minimum 3 years experience in related field.
• Fluent in English. Able to speak Mandarin will be advantage.
• Deep knowledge and understanding of: molding process, molding machine parameters & mold fabrication.
• Knowledge CAD software will be advantage.
• Able to prepare/write effective 8D report to customer.
• Placement in Batam.

3. Power House Manager

Job Descriptions :

• To Ensure high reliability and availability of Power generation, transmission and distribution equipment to meet requirements and expectations of park electricity needs.
• Develop yearly planning maintenance and operational programs for power generation, transmission and distribution equipment.
• Prepare annual budget for power generation operational and control expenses & expenditure cost.
• Prepare monthly report of Power House.
• Analyze real and potential causes of defects and implement corrective actions and modification works.

Qualifications :

• S1 in Mechanical /Electrical Engineering.
• Having minimum 10 years of working experience of managerial function in Power Generation /and or Power Plant of 100 MW capacity.
• Have a good knowledge in Quality and Environment Management System.
• Have a good knowledge on handling trouble shooting.
• Excellent in English both spoken & written.
• Placement in Batam.

4. Sales Engineer

Qualifications :

• Minimal D3/ S1 Engineering.
• Minimal 1-2 years experience as sales for engineering products.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good in English both written and spoken.
• Preferably domiciled in Batam.

5. Sales Engineer

Qualifications :

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree – Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architect.
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
• You possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• You are a self-starter with a strong track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
• You are a strong team player who can build good relationships at all levels of an organization.
• Able to work under pressure and achieve target.
• Willing to travel throughout assigned area/territories if needed.

• Able to join ASAP.
