1. Long Term Mine Plan Engineer
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree of Mining Engineering/ Geology
- Having experience in same position minimum 5 years
- Strong knowledge on Road Design, Mine Operation Technique Method, Pit Service Management, Mine Geology, Mine Design, Mine Planning, 3MRP, Pit
Service Management. - Able to operate Mine Software (minescape, spry, surpac, minex, etc)
- Proficient in fleet management (overburden removal & coal getting)
- Having good communication, attention to detail and interpersonal skills
- Having POP certificate is preferred
2. Mandarin Translator
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree, with Mandarin language proficiency preferred
- Fluent in Mandarin (both oral and written)
- Prior experience in the mining sector is preferred
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficient in operating Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Interpersonal skills to build relationships with individuals from different language backgrounds
- Time management and prioritization abilities to handle translation tasks quickly and accurately
- Capable of maintaining confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with sensitive information during translation
3. Mechanical Trainer
Requirements :
- Minimum education SMK Mechanical Engineering (with 10 years experience in similar position), or D3/ S1 in Mechanical Engineering or related field (with 5 years of experience in a similar position), with at least 3 years as a Mechanical Trainer
- Ability to conduct TNA
- Strong understanding of analytical plant & maintenance processes, improvement maintenance, HSE procedures, and HRD Policy
- Familiarity with mining procedures, product knowledge, failure analysis, and heavy equipment
- Strong willingness to learn, open to new experiences, honest and loyal
- Holds a Training of Trainer (TOT) certification
- Additional certification in training related to heavy equipment is preferred
4. Executive Secretary/ Personal Assistant
Requirements :
- Minimum S1 from any major
- Minimum 5 years experience in similar position
- Proven experience as an Executive Secretary or similar administrative role with expertise in managing legal documents
- Responsive, reachable, initiative and able to execute plans in a fast and efficient manner
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
- Organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency with Ms. Office

5. Tyre Fitter/ Tyreman
Persyaratan :
- Laki – Laki, umur maksimal 40 tahun
- Pendidikan minimal SMK atau sederajat
- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai tyreman dump truck dan alat berat minimal 3 tahun
- Memiliki kompetensi dan pengetahuan mengenai perbaikan dan pemeliharaan tyre unit dump truck, alat berat, sarana penunjang lainnya
- Mampu melaksanakan pemeliharaan dan perbaikan tyre unit sesuai dengan prosedur (SOP) dan standar manual agar unit dapat dioperasikan segera sesuai dengan schedule
- Memiliki SIM – B1 diutamakan
6. Dispatcher
Persyaratan :
- Laki – Laki, umur maksimal 35 tahun
- Pendidikan minimal SMA/Sederajat
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di posisi sejenis di perusahaan pertambangan batubara
- Memiliki pengetahuan dan pengalaman dalam sistem pengaturan dan pemantauan operasional alat berat dan kendaraan
- Familiar dengan perangkat lunak terkait seperti Dispatch System atau perangkat lunak tambang lainnya
- Kemampuan analitis untuk menganalisis data operasional dan memberikan laporan yang akurat
- Ketekunan dan ketelitian untuk menjaga akurasi dan keandalan data dalam sistem dispatch
7. Fixed Plant Mechanic
Persyaratan :
- Laki – Laki, umur maksimal 35 tahun
- Pendidikan minimal SMA/Sederajat Semua jurusan
- Teliti, jujur dan bertanggung jawab
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di posisi sejenis di perusahaan pertambangan batubara
- Memahami cara kerja dan proses kerja mesin crusher
- Mengerti cara pengelolaan preventive, predictive, dan breakdown maintenance crusher
- Memahami komponen mesi crusher seperti hopper, feeder, conveyor dan perbaikannya
8. Plant Maintenance Foreman
Requirements :
- Minimum SMK (with 5 years of experience in a similar position), D3/S1 degree (with 3 years of experience in a similar position) with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Understanding of Equipment Management, Analytical Plant & Maintenance Process, Improvement Maintenance, HSE Procedure, Mining Business Process
- Proficient in achieving PA, MTBF, and MTTR targets for all heavy equipment, trucks, and support units
- Leadership skills to supervise all mechanics and electricians
- Possession of a valid POP BNSP certificate is a plus
9. Plant Maintenance Supervisor
Requirements :
- Minimum SMK (with 10 years of experience in a similar position), D3/S1 degree (with 5 years of experience in a similar position) with at least 2 years in a supervisory role

11. Production Foreman
Requirements :

- Adaptability and flexibility to cope with changes in production demands

12. Hauling Supervisor
Requirements :
- Minimum SMK (with 10 years of experience in a similar position), D3/S1 degree (with 5 years of experience in a similar position) with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Understanding of Equipment Management, Mining Business Process, Road Infrastructure
- Possesses good knowledge of coal hauling equipment applications
- Proficient in improving coal transportation or loading activities
- Have a good leadership spirit, as well as having good communication and interpersonal skills
- Holds a valid POP BNSP certification
13. Production Superintendent
Requirements :
- Minimum SMK (with 12 years of experience in a similar position), D3/S1 degree (with 8 years of experience in a similar position) with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
- Track record of successful achievement of production targets and optimization of mining processes
- Strong understanding of Equipment Management, HSE Procedure, Mining Business processes, and HRD Procedure
- Leadership and motivational skills to inspire the team and drive them towards production targets
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges promptly
- Analytical skills to evaluate production data and identify areas for improvement
- Holds a valid POP BNSP certification.
14. HSE Superintendent
Requirements :
- Minimum D3 degree in OHS (with 10 years of experience in a similar position), S1 degree in OHS (with 8 years of experience in a similar position) with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
- Capable of developing programs to minimize the impact of mining accidents
- Knowledgeable and familiar with all relevant OHS regulations
- Competent in conducting assessments and evaluations, including budgeting and realization
- Leadership and mentoring skills to guide the HSE team, promote a safety culture
- Strong auditing and inspection capabilities to identify safety hazards and non compliance
- Problem solving and root cause analysis skills to effectively handle safety incidents
- Holds a valid Auditor SMKP BNSP certification registered by KAIT
- Holds a valid minimum POP RNSP certification
15. Safety Patrol
Requirements :
- Minimum SMK with 3 years of experience in the same position
- Alertness and attention to detail to conduct safety patrols meticulously
- Strong communication skills to promptly report safety issues to the HSE department
- Physical strength and manual skills for patrol tasks in various terrains and weather conditions
- Ability to work independently and responsibly in maintaining safety standards
- Knowledge of emergency response procedures
- Prior experience in the mining sector is preferred
- Having good communication and interpersonal skills

16. Fuel Foreman
Requirements :
- Minimum SMK or equivalent, with at least 5 years of experience in a related field, or a D3/S1 degree with at least 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Understanding of the processes of receiving and distributing fuel and knowledge of fuel quality
- Familiarity with the administration related to fuel receiving and distribution in accordance with work standards and safety procedures
- Capable of coordinating and overseeing the fuel distribution process for operational activities
- Knowledgeable about HE standards and the ability to ensure compliance with applicable safety procedures
- Communicative and possess management skills to lead a team and ensure smooth operations in terms of fuel suoolv and distribution
17. Logistic Superintendent
Requirements :
- Minimum D3 degree in a related field (with 10 years of experience in a similar position), S1 degree in a related field (with 8 years of experience in a similar position) with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
- In depth understanding of logistics supply strategy for projects.
- Strong understanding of Heavy Equipment Management, HSE Procedure, Mining Procedure, Purchasing Management and HRD Procedure Committed to achieving operational efficiency and smooth logistics management
- Willingness to seek and implement innovative approaches in logistics management to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Capable of coordinating with various stakeholders in the supply chain
