1. Instructor Trainee

Description:

• Instructor Trainee is 12-months development program that aims to advance you to become a Certified Instructor of Heavy Equipment Technician by Caterpillar. This program will expose you to experiential learning to strengthen your technical and teaching skills. During this program, you will experience:
• In-class Training with Certified Instructors
• On-the-job Training with Experts
• Caterpillar Instructor Accreditation Program

Requirements :

• Fresh graduates (min. Associate/D3 Degree), majoring in: Educational Technology or Electrical/Mechanical/Automotive/Informatics/Mechatronic Engineering Education
• Plus point if you have 3 years working experience as Instructor or Service/Technical-Related role in Heavy Equipment Industries
• Have interest in Heavy Equipment Industries
• Willing to be located across Indonesia

2. Analyst Maintenance Strategy

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical engineering (preferred), Industrial/Electrical Engineering
• 3 years experience in Equipment management including field (Retail Machine) experience.
• Business Knowledge : Product Support Solutions
• Specific Requirement : Technical Knowledge, Maintenance Management, Maintenance Budget.
• Biz English, Ms Office, Project Management

3. Sr. Supervisor Commercial

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting or relevant
• Business Knowledge : Project knowledge, Project Management, Corporate Strategic and Corporate Finance
• Specific Requirement : Project Feasibility, Risk assessment, Financial Modeling, Budgeting & Forecasting, SAP (FICO, MM, WBS, CRM)
• Fluent in Business English and Ms Office

4. Sales Executive PWS

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree of Mechanical/Geological/Petroleum/Physical Engineering or Economics
• 2 Years experience as Sales in Heavy Equipment Industry or equivalent
• Understand the improvement of Heavy Equipment Technology in the world and its supply chain and customer service
• Fluent in English
• Familiar with Ms. Office
• Familiar with SAP is a plus

5. Sr. Specialist Non Core Technology

General Role and Responsibility :

• Accountable and responsible to manage allignment of new initiatives with existing application and dashboard landscape / design for :
  – Customer service function cross-industry (Mining, Construction & ForAg, E&T)
  – Sales Marketing function cross-industry.
  – Supply Chain, Service Excellent and Engineering Service functions.
  – Rental & Used Equipment
  – Supporting Function ie. Administration (Human Capital, Corporate Communication, Government Relation, SHE), Finance & Accounting and Innovation.
• Accountable and responsible to identify impact analysis of new application and dashboard implementation & enchancement, including integration requirements to surrounding applications, dashboard as well as SAP systems
• Accountable and resposible to validate solution design for new application and enchancement of non-SAP application and dashboard as well as to review and negotiate technical effort on the solution provided by 3rd party.
• Accountable and responsible to act as project manager for IT projects, incl. new application and dashboard implementation.
• Accountable and responsible to communicate project progress and manage project risks & issues to key stakeholders.
• Accountable and responsible to monitor existing application & dashboard technology solution to ensure the performance and utilization.
• Responsible to provide technical consultancy and Support to business user.
• Responsible to propose relevant new technology that potentially capable to improve corporate productivity and insight to strengthen customer engagement and experience.

6. Specialist Core Technology

Requirements :

• S1 Degree in Information System/Information Technology.
• 3 Year experience ini SAP Support
• Familiar with SAP Support for any industry
• SAP CRM, FICO, and SD

7. Sales Representative

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma 3 Degree of Engineering (D3)
• Max. 30 years old
• Willing to be placed across Indonesia
• Have experience in Sales (banking, insurance, automotive, or other related industry)
• Enabler skill : Biz English, Ms Office
