Lowongan Kerja di PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure Tbk

1. Project Management FTTH Section Head (All Area)

KEY RESPONSIBILITY :

• Responsible for FTTH project, planning, technical, and quality management of the construction site
• Responsible for the progress of FTTH permit, document, and subcontractor
• Assumes responsibility for the engineering delivery process and results of the project, and reports to the project director.
• Assists in formulating and optimizing the comprehensive site delivery solution and site delivery SOP process.
• Ensure that the construction quality complies with the engineering specifications and contract acceptance requirements.
• Engineering process management, including coordinating customers, subcontractors, and engineering and technical teams to complete pre-installation preparations, engineering installation, commissioning and acceptance, solving and upgrading process problems, output engineering construction documents, and promote site acceptance.
• Manages the engineering delivery scope and records extra workload.

REQUIREMENT :

• Bachelor’s Degree qualification or above majoring in Telecommunication / IT / Computer Science / Engineering / or other related
• 5+ years of FTTH OSP project management or rollout experiences
• Able to work in fast pace working environment
• Excellent team spirit with good communications and interpersonal skills
• Good communication skills and good at meet customer expectations.
• Experience in Subcontractor Management
• Experience in Civil Works projects and FTTH knowledge
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Willing to be placed anywhere based on company needed

2. ISP Senior Engineer

KEY RESPONSIBILITY :

• Design, planning engineering for IP Network / GPON / Metro-E / Active Equipment
• Budgeting, improvement design and cost efficient for ISP Core network
• Create proposal for new bussiness related network
• Create effective network solution for customers
• Create standarization equipment for new product

REQUIREMENT :

• Bachelor in Telecommunication/ Computer Networking or equivalent
• Min 5 Year experiences in ISP / System Integrator / Data Center Company as Planning Engineering of Network
• Experiences in IP/MPLS networks deployment and technical support role
• Good knowledge of Routing & Switches (e.g.:Border Gateway Protocol (BGP), Virtual Switching System (VSS), Open Shortest Path First (OSPF),
  Spanning Tree Protocol (STP), Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS) Layer 3 Virtual Private Network (VPN), GPON)
• Having strong knowledge MS Office Spreadsheet, python and SQL is preferable

3. Compliance & Reporting Analyst

KEY RESPONSIBILITY :

• Prepare weekly reports related to financial leverage and tenancy reports.
• Analyze financial & operational report data, and coordinate with related parties.

REQUIREMENT :

• Bachelor Degree in Finance Accounting or Financial Management
• Having min. 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, specifically in a Tower Provider Company
• Having knowledge about fiber optic
• Target-oriented, have high initiative, and able to work together with cross-functionals
• Strong data analysis (Excel) and critical thinking skills

4. Asset Renewal & Community Staff (All Region)

KEY RESPONSIBILITY :

• Ensuring community cases (Comcase) are handled according to procedures
• Ensure the total potential penalty due to comcase for all Operators in a year.
• Ensure completion of Comcase Colo
• Ensure the average land rent for all types of land.
• Ensuring the fulfillment of site payments that have BAK according to the scope of each area.
• Reporting and coordinating with the Area community team at Head Office

REQUIREMENT :

• Minimum S1 Any Major
• Minimum 2 years experience in the telecommunications industry, especially handling comcase
• Having good communication, negotiation and problem solving skills.
• Having knowledge of local culture is preferred
