1. Corporate Business Developer (Mandarin Speaker)

Qualifications :

• Candidate must prossess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, Engineering, Business Management, Finance or equivalent.
• Have an experience at least 1 year working experiences in a renewable energy company, or public consulting firm with role in business/project development, project planning/controlling, or market research is preferred (Advisory, M&A, Investment Banking).
• Renewable energy enthusiasts.
• Willing to grow fast in renewable energy startups.
• Good communication skills in English both oral and written.
• Comfortable in writing reports and proposals.

2. Business Developer – Investment and M&A Specialization

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business & management, business administration, energy management or related field.
• Equivalent experience at least 2 years in renewable energy related field, or public consulting firm with role in corporate investment and M&A.
• Having good knowledge of renewable energy market (especially solar energy) and financial aptitude is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written). English written and communication skill is a must.
• Demonstrable experience both in creating and delivering pitches.
• Exceptional critical thinking skills, organized analytical, problem-solving, management, detail-oriented, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel when necessary in order to meet with clients and/or stakeholders.

3. Business Developer – ESG and REC Specialization

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, renewable energy, sustainable or environment development, or related field.
• Equivalent experience at least 2 years in related field of renewable energy, or public consulting firm with role in environmental attributes (carbon credits/RECs), business/project development, or market research is preferred.
• Having good knowledge of renewable energy market (especially solar energy) and industry dynamics is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written). English written and communication skill is a must.
• Exceptional critical thinking skills, organized analytical, problem-solving, management, detail-oriented, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel when necessary in order to meet with clients and/or stakeholders, explore new markets and build business relationships.

4. Marketing Manager

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business & management, business administration, energy management or related field.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience in business development/marketing, with a focus on B2B enterprises (preferably with a network in multinational companies), especially in the energy sector.
• A strong understanding of PV market industry dynamics and landscape is required; excellent knowledge of the PV industry value chain, downstream influencers, and sensitivity to competitive environments will be a definite advantage.
• A strategic and analytical thinker with a deep understanding of energy and business strategy.
• Proficient in report and proposal writing.
• Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Effective negotiation and communication skills.
• A self-motivated, independent, diligent, and detail-oriented personality.
• Proactive in problem-solving and open to working with customers.
• Willingness to thrive in the fast-paced environment of renewable energy startups.

5. Supply Chain Specialist

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year as supply chain engineer in a similar industry.
• Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes.
• Working experience with relevant software (e.g. SAP, Microsoft Office).
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain analytics and KPI measurement.
• Preferably having knowledge of Solar Power Plant • Good communication skills in English both oral and written.

6. Solar PV Engineer

Qualifications :

• Minimum S1 Electrical Engineering, Physics Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
• At least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. (fresh graduate are welcome to apply).
• Preferably having knowledge of Solar Power Plant.
• Good communication in English.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

7. HSE Engineer

Qualifications

• Electrical Engineering / (Environmental/Health/Safety) or relevant diciplines.
• Minimun 2 year (s) of working experience.
• AK3 Umum/Listrik Certificate.
• Able for traveling and working at site.
• ISO 14001 & OHSAS18001 Certificate.
• Work at height Certificate.
• Preferably having knowledge of Solar Power Plant.
• Proactive and detailed person.

8. Solar PV Business Developer

Qualifications :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Renewable Energy/ Physics Engineering or related field.
• Higher professional degree in engineering field relevant for renewable energy projects (M.Sc. or B.Sc.) will be a plus.
• Renewable energy enthusiasts.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin languages (speaking, reading and writing).
• Comfortable in writing reports and proposals.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Creative problem solving.
• A strategic and analytical mind.
• Willing to grow fast in renewable energy startups.
