1. Commercial Graduate Trainee Program

What will you do

• Observes the sales process by assisting area sales managers / distributor managers.
• Practices and tests sales strategies by visiting customers on the ground
• Provides additional administrative support to sales representatives
• Maintains and develops relationships with clients
• Handle and manage a specific account/s during the program

Your qualifications

• Minimum fresh graduate or maximum 1 year experience
• Graduate from reputable university with GPA minimum of 2.80
• Actively involved in organization activities during college, such as leading the team or a project
• Good communication & presentation skills both in Bahasa and English
• Willing to be assigned in different areas in Indonesia

What you’ll do

• Develop and execute strategic account management to enable business growth and profitability.
• Unlock potential business opportunity at the key accounts
• Establish and nurture productive, and professional relationship with the key accounts
• Work hand in hand with distributors to serve the accounts.
• Manage customer and projects ecosystem and closely working with internal team to delivers value to the key accounts

Your qualifications

• 5+ years on sales and key account management
• Account management, planning, and strategic relationship building skills
• Business and financial acumens
• Negotiation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cross functional.
