1. Claim Reporting

Responsibilities :

• Check the refutation of the claim from the operations team.
• Ensure claim documents are complete and appropriate.
• Provide solutions and assist operation with claims that occur.
• Check to daily basis for claim who entered.
• Provide final claim feedback after checking the attached documents.

Qualifications :

• Minimum D3 graduate from all majors.
• Preferably having expertise in excel formulas, Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot, etc.
• Preferably have experience in claims analyst field.
• Having good communication skills.
• Have a good personality and work attitude and able to work in a team.
• Willing to work with shifting system.

2. Claim Damage Analyst

Responsibilities :

• Carry out the process of investigating damage claims in accordance with predetermined targets.
• Ensure causes and analysis of claims are right on target.
• Provide solutions and assist customers with claims that occur.
• Ensure claim documents are complete and appropriate.
• Update the system for claims that have been processed.

Qualifications :

• Minimum D3 graduate from all majors.
• Have the ability to operate MS Excel.
• Preferably have experience in claims analyst field.
• Have good communication and analytical skills.
• Have a good personality and work attitude and able to work in a team.
• Willing to work with shifting system.

Note: These positions are under contract for 6 months.
