Perusahaan ini memiliki fokus eksklusif dalam bekerja dengan Perdagangan Modern. Selama bertahun-tahun, kami telah mengalami perkembangan yang pesat, mulai dari mendistribusikan produk kami ke lebih dari 18.000 outlet Perdagangan Modern di seluruh kepulauan Nusantara, seperti hypermarket, supermarket, toko serba ada, mini market, toko obat, toko khusus, toko diskon, dan horeca.

Pada awalnya, kami hanya memiliki enam tenaga kerja, namun sekarang kami telah tumbuh menjadi organisasi dengan lebih dari 500 anggota. Kami juga telah memperluas jangkauan merek kami menjadi enam merek, dan saat ini kami mendistribusikan lebih dari 50 makanan dan minuman bermerek dari 20 negara yang berbeda, yang semuanya berkontribusi pada pertumbuhan bisnis kami.

MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

Description

• As part of our recruitment exercise for our Management Trainining for Data Analyst 2023 we wish to invite graduating students in mathematic or statistic major who are completing their final year of academic study by the end of 2022 to participate in the recruitment of suitable management trainees for our 2023 Management Trainee Program.
• The objective of the program is to give selected participants an opportunity to undergo a comprehensive orientation and training program for a period of two years with the aim of developing the necessary skills set and at the same time, gaining hands-on field experience and exposure including the opportunity to interact closely and cross functionally with the company’s senior staff members.

Requirement

• Upon completion of the two year program, it is the company’s intention to offer each management trainee an opportunity to continue his career development in a position which is mutually of best match and fit in the organization.
• We are looking for people who have a strong and keen interest to explore, develop and pursue a challenging career in the marketing and sales data analysis for fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) company.

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics or Statistics or relevant from reputable university with min. 3.00 GPA.
• Required language(s): Indonesian, English.
• Have lots of creative, innovative ideas, good communication and able to work in a team.

• Have added value if you have skills in Design, Layouting, Macintosh Operating System, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Flash.
