Lowongan Kerja di PT Mobilitas Digital Indonesia

1. B2B Commercial Sales Account

Description :

• Provides and presents detailed information of vehicle products and services to potential customers
• Finds potential leads and customers (until closed deal)
• Performs competitor analysis and marketing intelligence to identify the best product or solution possible
• Executes customer prospect activities to increase the data of prospective customers and creates activity report
• Establishes cost structure for every purchase activity (both new and repeat orders)
• Resolves renting transaction with customers, including creating final quotation and contract
• Collaborates with Legal team to propose, review, and establish contract and SLA

Requirements :

• Associate’s (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) Degree from any major
• Has proven experiences in sales
• Previous background from logistics or car rental commercial company would be a plus point
• Broad knowledge of vehicle rental industry
• Proven ability in handling a considerable amount of accounts
• Customer-oriented person with vision and has good business sense
• Good analysis and judgement ability
• Has exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, leadership, and teamwork skill

2. Growth Marketing Staf Admin

Description :

• Daily updates Movic’s performance data
• Manages campaign upload on Movic CMS
• Recaps promotion budget
• Prepares all administrative documents for Movic (vendor agreement: performance marketing subcon, B2B agreement with customer, NDA, etc)
• Coordinates with operation team to ensure booking fulfillment

Requirements :

• Associate’s Degree (D3) from Management, Accounting, or Finance major with a minimum GPA of 3.00
• Fresh graduates with knowledges in Finance and Accounting are welcome
• Proficient in operating Microsoft Office tools, especially Ms. Excel
• High attention to detail and fast learner
• Good communication skill
• Ability to meet deadline and handle request in timely manner
• Good understanding in English, minimum passively
• Willing to work under contract scheme (outsource-based)

3. Finance Accounting Staf Admin

Description :

• Handles the company’s payment process
• Executes billing admin, tax admin, accounting admin, and budget admin
• Fosters good relationships with internal finance team and external parties (i.e.: bank, payment gateway, financial institutions)
• Ensures that the financial transactions run as planned

Requirements :

• Associate’s Degree (D3) from Accounting, Tax, Computer Accounting Management, or Finance major with a minimum GPA of 3.00
• Fresh graduates with knowledges in Finance, Accounting, and Taxation are welcome
• Proficient in operating Microsoft Office tools, especially Ms. Excel
• Willing to execute administrative tasks and other routine activities in Finance team
• Someone who’s persistent in completing his/her work and managing multiple jobs at one time
• Has the initiative to start many things and has the confidence to complete tasks correctly
• Good understanding in English, minimum passively
• Willing to work under contract scheme (outsource-based)

4. Driver Recruitment & Training Analyst

Description :

• Creates driver manpower planning (for commercial vehicle)
• Prepares driver recruitment process and establishes report related to the driver recruitment result
• Searches for agents, vendors, and communities for candidate sourcing needs
• Performs Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for drivers
• Develops program and materials for training and conducts it for the drivers

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s (S1) Degree from any major
• Has minimum 2 years of proven experiences in logistics/trucking industry
• Broad knowledge of driver’s recruitment and training
• Good analysis and judgement ability
• Has exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, leadership, and teamwork skill

5. Business Account Manager

Description :

• Plans, organizes, coordinates, and evaluates all sales activities in the company
• Performs competitor analysis and marketing intelligence to identify the best product or solution possible
• Executes customer prospect activities to increase the data of prospective customers and creates activity report
• Ensures that all sales accounts achieve the target that’s been established
• Conducts data analysis about sales performance and prepares report for the management

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s (S1) Degree from any major
• Has more than 3 years of proven experiences in leading sales team
• Proven hands-on ability in sales
• Previous background from logistics or car rental commercial company would be a plus point
• Broad knowledge of vehicle rental industry
• Has good business sense together with good analysis and judgement ability
• Has exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, leadership, and teamwork skill
