1. Organization Development Internship

Job Description :

• Assist OD Team create job description and collect from all departement.
• Assist OD Team to make valid organizational structure.
• Assist OD Team in daily administrative task.

Qualifications :

• Male / Female. Maximum Age 22 years Old.
• At least Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology / Management, last semester student are welcome to apply.
• Having your own vehicle is a plus.
• Willing to intern for 3-6 months.
• Willing to fully work from our office in Karawaci, Tangerang.

2. Graphic Design Internship

Job Description :

• Create creative content and caption on our internal social media or external social media (instagram @lifeatlinknet).
• Help create and edit video campaign.
• Excellent to use adobe family software (illustrator, photoshop, and premiere).
• Give fresh and new ideas for Branding.

Qualifications :

• Excellent in Adobe Family (Photoshop, Illustrator, Etc).
• Good communication skills.
• Good time management.
• Proactive & Initiative.
• At least Bachelor’s Degree majoring in DKV other related major.

3. Corporate Culture Internship

Job Description :

• Collaborate with the team to building positive working culture and productive organization.
• Handling and moderating organization events and project management.
• Support internal campaigns, employee messaging, and updates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Final year students or fresh graduates from related field.

Job Description :

• Helping in administration process in PAD Department.
• Support design poster untuk promosi event training.
• Support translate content training (English-Bahasa).

• Male / Female.
• Last semester student are welcome to apply or Fresh graduate from any major.
• Fluent in English (Written/Verbal).
• Willing to intern for 3 months.
• Willing to do hybrid work (Karawaci Head Office).

5. Rewards Internship

Job Description :

• Process MCU registration.
• Filling MCU result.
• Reconcile MCU result.

6. Business Analyst Intern

Job Description :

• Financial Modelling, Financial Analysis, Business Analysis, market surveillance – Transformation Analyst.
• CSR: Research & Analysis on Global CSR practices.
• Sustainability: building and managing data for all sustainability metrics.
• Balanced Scorecard: assisting in rollout and implementation of BSC.

Qualifications :

• Age 24 – 30 years.
• Bachelor Degree from Business Administration/Economics/Finance or related field.
• Understand business and finance principles.
• Have a good skill in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Has a strong analytical thinking.
