1. Engineering Head

Job Description :

• Plan, organize, control maintenance and repair programs
• Control the achievement of treatment targets
• Ensuring mechanical and electrical systems work properly
• Controlling the minimum stock availability of spare parts
• Check the specifications of spare parts so that errors do not occur
• Controlling capex and opex budgets
• Provide training for team members and coordinating the team for task delegation
• Ensuring safety aspects are in accordance with procedures

Qualifications :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Machine Engineering
• At least 8 years of experience as Engineer of Refinery, Fractionation, and Oleochemical
• Mastery of maintenance, repair and preventive
• Have good Leadership skill
• Problem solver
• Likes challenges
• Knowledge: environment, health & safety regulations
• Required language: English & Bahasa.
• Willing to be placed in Tanjung Morawa, Sumatera Utara

2. Solvent Supervisor

Job Description :

• Carry out comprehensive planning and supervision of the use of raw materials, supporting materials, fuel, spare parts, energy sources and other production factors.
• Responsible for direct supervision of the members under him.
• Plan production personnel schedule.
• Supervise the kernel crushing process according to CPKO oil quality standards
• Responsible for supervising and ensuring that work is carried out safely according to procedures and does not pollute the environment.
• Assist in implementing the ISO 9001: 2015 system, GMP and Feed Safety.

Qualifications :

• Have minimum 5 years experience in the same business
• Minimum D3/S1 Chemical Engineering, Mechanical
• Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Having knowledge about Quality Management System: ISO 9001, ISO 2200, E52, Halal Assurance System, Kosher, ISCC, BPOM, GMP+, SMK3, ISO 14001, Feed Safety, ISCC.
• Have good Leadership skill
• Required language: English & Bahasa.
• Willing to be placed in all KPN Corp Downstream Unit site

3. HSE

Job Description :

• Ensure the company’s Safety Audit runs well
• Ensure K3 standard regulations in every work procedure (SOP)
• Ensure the implementation of the HSE / K3 program runs well
• Ensure safety training, fire extinguisher, K3 and those that support HSE Walking
• Ensure Work Permits are carried out in work units
• Understand regulations and support employee performance improvement
• Analyze safety reports and work risk analysis

Qualifications :

• D3/S1 undergraduate from any related field
• Have General K3 expert certification and expertise that supports HSE
• Have oral and written English skills
• Able to work in a team
• Willing to be placed in all KPN Downstream Unit site

4. Electrical Instrument

Job Description :

• Contribute to electrical and instrument work programs by planning, managing, supervising, maintaining, repairing to evaluating human resource development
• Verifying, calibrating, adding, maintaining and repairing electrical instruments & architectural systems
• Supervise the consumption of energy used

Qualifications :

• Minimum S1 Electrical Engineering / equivalent
• Have minimum 3 years working experience in Manufacturing/Biodiesel, Refinery, and Fractionation industries
• Able to use Microsoft Office
• Able to speak English is a plus
• Willing to be placed in all KPN Downstream Unit site

5. Certification Downstream – Refinery, Biodiesel, Own Facilities

Job Description :

• Develop & Implement Work Programs: Socialization, Gap Analysis, and Audit
• Provide training and socialization on the implementation of sustainable management standards to units to be certified
• Follow up on improvements to the internal & external audit
• Calculating greenhouse gas emissions for certified units

Qualifications :

• Minimum S1 all majors. Preferably Agriculture, Forestry, Engineering, Management
• Have a minimum of 2 years working experience as a Sustainability Certification in the Agriculture / Refinery / Palm Oil / Biodiesel / Manufacturing / Oleochemical industry
• Able to speak English
• Have an ISO standard / sustainability standard auditor certificate (ISPO, ISCC, GGL, INS, RSB, etc.)
• Willing to be placed in Head Office, Jakarta Selatan
• Willing to do business travel

6. Supply Chain Planner

Job Description :

• Coordinating with PPIC factory units for export product and production plans
• Coordinating with the Trading and Logistics team for raw material purchase and entry plans and ensuring information flow and synchronization with the needs of factory production plans
• Coordinating with the planner or trading team to plan export shipping schedules and ensure cargo readiness both in terms quality and quantity
• Responsible for procuring raw material supply chain reports and data export

Qualifications :

• Minimum S1 from any related field
• Able to use English both speaking and writing
• Used to with scheduling, tight deadline, and proactive
• Willing to be placed in Head Office, Jakarta Selatan

7. Claim Support

Job Description :

• Ensure vessel unloading in accordance with SOP
• Ensure receipt of tank car dismantling in accordance with SOP
• Ensure that the car scale (in and out) is on a specified schedule
• Controlling oil losses

Qualifications :

• S1 from all majors
• Proficient in Mandarin and English
• Have a minimum of 2 years working experience
• Willing to be placed in Head Office, Jakarta Selatan
