Lowongan Kerja di PT KPN Corp Downstream Business Unit

1. Export Document Support

Description :

• Understand export documents
• Understand customs documents (PEB, Form 3D, NPE)
• Compile and provide reports on export activities
• Checking and confirming shipping documents (COO, BL, SR, etc)
• Coordinating with agents related to export and import

Qualifications :

• Minimum S1 from all majors
• Have minimum 3 years of working experience in the Shipping Industry/Palm Oil Industry
• Able to speak Mandarin
• Able to use Microsoft Office and SAP System (SO, DO, Billing, PGI and Shipment)
• Have the knowledge of export import process
• Willing to be placed in Head Office, Jakarta

2. Supervisor Refinery

Description :

• Supervise all operational activities in accordance with SOPs
• Ensure and Produce high quality products
• Responsible for operation so that it runs safely, optimally and efficiently
• Make decisions and solve problems that occur
• Make daily reports related to Plant Control
• Performance on the use of Utilities and Chemicals

Qualifications :

• Minimum S1 All majors (Preferably Engineering, Agriculture, Forestry, Management)
• Have at least 3 years experience in Manufacturing / Upstream / Downstream / Agriculture / Palm Oil / Oleochemical Industry
• Have at least 2 years experience in Refinery / Fractionation
• Have a good leadership and problem solving attitude
• Able to use Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Being able to speak English is a plus
• Willing to be placed in all KPN Corp Downstream Unit sites

3. Production

Description :

• Supervise all production activities in the Refinery, Fractionation, Shortening, and Filling Plant
• Handling problems that arise in production, both personnel and operations
• Monitor and check administrative aspects of production and production reports
• Create production plans according to the results of price meetings with PPIC

Qualifications :

• S1 from Chemical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering
• Have a minimum of 3 years in production, refinery, and fractionation
• Able to speak English actively
• Familiar with operating Microsoft Office
• Willing to be placed in Karawang, Jawa Barat

4. Foreman Electrical & Instrument

Description :

• Repairing damaged electrical & instrument equipment
• Handling preventive maintenance of electrical equipment & instruments
• Verify and calibrate instrument equipment
• Create documentation of each repair job
• Make calculations and designs on the addition of electrical equipment & instruments
• Handling maintenance and repair of PLC & DCS

Qualifications :

• Preferably a man
• S1 from all majors
• Have a minimum of 3 years experience in electrical instrument & PLC/DCS
• Able to speak English actively
• Willing to be placed in Tanjung Morawa, Sumatera Utara
