Karirtalk.com – PT Kayan Hydropower Nusantara (KHN) didirikan pada bulan Januari 2018 sebagai Perusahaan Penanaman Modal Asing Indonesia oleh pendiri PT Kayan Patria Pratama (KPP) dan Sarawak Energy Berhad. Pada bulan Oktober 2022, KHN menyambut PT Adaro Energy bergabung dengan KHN, dan proses kemitraan antara KPP, Sarawak Energy, dan Adaro Energy selesai pada tanggal 29 November 2022.
PT KHN sedang mengembangkan Proyek Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Air (PLTA) Mentarang Induk dengan kapasitas 1.375 MW di Kabupaten Malinau, Kalimantan Utara, Indonesia. MIHEP akan menghasilkan energi terbarukan dalam jumlah besar dengan harga yang kompetitif secara regional untuk pemrosesan mineral bijih Indonesia yang berkelanjutan di Tana Kuning Industrial Park, sebagai katalis bagi Pengembangan Industri Berbasis Energi Terbarukan (REBID). Pada saat yang sama, MIHEP menyediakan sumber daya listrik yang lebih terjangkau dan lebih ramah lingkungan bagi masyarakat di Kalimantan. 1. Procurement Governance Manager

Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible for leading the development of efficient & effective procurement initiatives, services, programs and standards which will support project’s strategic operational goals.

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree all major (Preferable in Industrial Engineering).
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in the same position.
• Exposure in Supply Chain Management is a must.
• Advance competencies in Procurement Management, Logistic Management, Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, Contract Management, Legal Compliance and Explosive Management.
• Good analytical thinking, problem solving, decision making and communication.
• Having experience in hydropower construction project/energy industry would be preferable.

2. Senior IT Executive

Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible for coordinating, planning, and leading IT-related activities during the project, including building IT system, performing system & application maintenance, registration of IT inventory, licenses & contracts.

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) graduate from Computer Science / System Information/Information Technology/Information Management & Analytics.
• Minimum 8 years experiences as IT Lead or relevant.
• Proven record in build IT systems in the company, handling network management, network administration and database administration.
• Having experience coordinating with network/IT provider would be an advantage.
• Excellent computer skills and knowledge of technical management, information analysis and computer hardware/software systems.

3. Senior Finance Executive

Job Responsibilities :

• Manage and coordinate the company’s financial and accounting operations, including supervision of the financial budget, company cash flow, book closing process on a monthly and annual basis in order to support the company’s operations.
• Ensure operational-related documents are available accurately and comprehensively for tax audits and company financial reports by external auditors

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting with minimum GPA 3.00.
• Minimum 5 years total experience with 2-3 years experience as Finance & Accounting Supervisor.
• Strong competencies in Accounting Control, Financial Planning & Budgeting, and Cash Flow Management.
• Strong analytical thinking and detail oriented.
• Have a multitasking ability and able to work independently as well as in a team.

4. Electrical & Mechanical Supervisor

Job Responsibilities :

• Coordinate the site construction works of Hydroelectric project to ensure project is delivered in accordance with specification, within budget and meet project timelines.
• Supervise and monitor the construction works for both package Main Civil Works & Main Electrical & Mechanical Works, liaise closely with contractor, and their subcontractor to ensure works are carried out compliance with condition of contract, specification, and approved design drawings.

Requirements :

• Diploma with minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience and has been involved with major Hydropower development project.
• Willing to be located in Malinau, North Kalimantan Site (roster based).

5. ESG Senior Manager

Job Responsibilities :

• Establish & implement ESG Roadmap together with related divisions.
• Work with investors, consultants, analysts & bankers on developing ESG initiatives & other ESG-related deliverables.
• Conduct analysis on Assessments carried out by ESG rating agencies (MSCI ESG, Sustainalytics, etc.) & initiate improvements which will be included in ESG narratives/Sustainability Report to be presented to externals/stakeholders.

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree, preferably Master’s degree in Environmental / Commerce / Business / Law / Economics/Communication.
• Min 3-5 years of working experience as/in Sustainability or ESG Superintendent, preferably from energy industries.
• Comprehensive understanding in the National and Global ESG policies.
• Good understanding on green funds/investment.
• Strong communication and analytical thinking skill.

6. Legal Manager

Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible to serve & represent as legal consultant and/or counsel to the company by preparing legal framework drafts, memorandums of judicial and regulatory updates, review & revise contracts/agreements and documentations.
• Providing advice, mitigate, and/or settlement on legal affairs, issues, and disputes during all phase of the projects.

Requirements :

• Bachelor/Masters Degree in Law with minimum 11 years of relevant experience in Legal field (Corporate legal, Administrative & Licenses).
• Exposure in hydroelectric construction project/energy industry would be beneficial.
• Extensive knowledge of legal concepts, principles, terminology & procedures.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Have a good command of English both oral & written.
• Willing to be located in Malinau, North Kalimantan Site (roster based).

7. Senior CAD Draftsman

Job Responsibilities :

• Prepare, modify and update drawings of all disciplines according to Industry Best Practice within required timeline.
• Liaise with project management team, consultants, and relevant stakeholders, to ensure proper coordination between drawings and design requirements.
• Coach & supervise junior draftsman.

Requirements :

• Diploma with minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in operating & maintaining drone for aerial photography & contour generation.
• Expertise in integrating GIS Information with CAD.
• Knowledge on AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ArcGIS and related engineering software.
• Ability to execute task within tight schedules & deadlines.
• Willing to be located in Malinau, North Kalimantan Site (roster based).
