1. E-Commerce Operations Specialist

Job Description :

• Draft a campaign planning for monthly regular campaign and special campaign such as campaign concepts/theme that can drive sales to EC channels.
• Responsible for creating campaign design brief and engaging copy writings.
• Responsible for ensuring that campaign is running smoothly, stakeholders are updated and engaged, risks are mitigated, and results are delivered on time.
• Manage campaign operations and work closely with multiple teams such as EC Operations, C designer, Marketing and Branding team to drive sales for monthly and special campaigns.
• Work on ad-hoc data requests and initiatives for campaign-related projects.
• Responsible for creating and providing campaign report, and analyzing a campaign with any insights to improve campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree any major.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good understanding in e-commerce platform such as Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok, BukaLapak, Blibli, Lazada, JD.id, etc.
• Experience in e-commerce fields and social media ads.
• Good communication and writing skills in English.
• Able to learn and adapt to new technology, also work as a team.

2. GTM Specialist (Mandarin)

Job Description :

• Discuss with team for making the best marketing strategies and find the best marketing channel.
• Responsible for bringing products to market.
• Production of product price list and release of announcement.
• Product inventory management and monitoring channel distribution price.
• Create offline event planning and arrangement for event or launch new product.
• Assist the brand manager to handle projects.
• Responsible provide result-oriented advertising and marketing activities designed to meet customer needs.
• To achieve sustainable business growth through market intelligence, creativity, and strategic vision, and to build an organization that attracts, develops, and retains outstanding people.

Qualifications :

• Minimum S1 (Bachelor Degree) in any major.
• Able to speak Mandarin is a Must.
• Good communication (both written and verbal), well-organized, proactive, and detail- oriented with good interpersonal skill.
• Able to prioritize work, manage time effectively and work successfully in a fast paced, multi-faceted structured environment.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the professional.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

3. Social Media Managar

Job Description :

• Create social media marketing plans in all social platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube etc.
• Come up with a brand voice and an identity and ensure social media strategies engage leads.
• Create a plan to boost contents, setting KPI and reach it.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure brand consistency, and designer team create local content for our assets.
• Carry out data analysis using data analytics tools and Delivery social report and constantly provide competitor analysis.
• Lead the team to achieve social objectives.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 5 years of professional work experience. Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager.
• Knowledge of social media marketing channels, copywriting skills and web design.
• The ability to create and manage a range of content, including videos and images in various platforms.
• Good communication skills both oral and written, Fluent in English is a must/ Mandarin is a plus.
• Skills of strong leadership and excellent execution performance.
