Job Description:

  • To capture and assess customer detail requirements and Scope of Work (SoW).
  • To create technical design, which are consist of: system topology, create features to answer customer needs, Bill of Material, mapping between system/devices, location, SLA, and scope of work
  • To design implementation scenarios, including also to create the clear timeline and RACI.
  • To design after service scenarios, which including service availability, SLA, spare management, and also scope of after sales service.
  • To orchestrate opportunity in technical point of view, between sales, product owner and related vendor.
  • To work with commercial unit to compose best business scheme for customer.


A. Network and Security Solution Architect

  • Minimum 3 years working experience in presales/solution architect role
  • Extensive experience in designing industry practice for network solution
  • Has deep knowledge in connectivity technology, e.g IP VPN, L2VPN, DWDM, FTTx, etc
  • Has deep knowledge in latest network and security technology, e.g SDWAN, SDN, SASE, ATP, etc
  • Familiar in end to end designing process (assessment, designing, proposing, technical clarification, presentation)

B. Application Development Architect

  • Minimum 3 years working experience in presales/solution architect/business analyst role
  • Extensive experience in application development presales process and design
  • Has deep knowledge in application development and its technology, e.g containers, devops, noSQL database, serverless configuration, etc
  • Familiar in end to end designing process (assessment, designing, proposing, technical clarification, presentation)

C. Big Data / Data Analyst Architect

  • Minimum 3 years working experience in presales/solution architect role
  • Extensive experience in big data solution or data analyst
  • Has deep knowledge in data processing technology, e.g hadoop, ELK, etc
  • Has deep knowledge in creating data analytic use case
  • Familiar in end to end designing process (assessment, designing, proposing, technical clarification, presentation)


Job Description:

  • Performing operation and maintenance activities
  • Communicating with manufacturer’s TAC (Technical Assistance Center) and/or utilizing manufacturer’s knowledge base and tools to ensure timely resolutions for any and all arising problems
  • Managing inventory of spare-parts and the procurement process paperwork to obtain sufficient level of stock as per COMPANY’s request
  • Maintaining inventory database and system documentation by regularly updating and auditing their validity
  • Working in a team with COMPANY’s personnel and/or the personnel of COMPANY’s other suppliers


  • +2 years’ experience in ICT and Managed Services Business Environment or equivalent
  • +4 years’ experience on maintaining and troubleshooting on LAN/WAN device, access point, firewall, voice pabx
  • University degree (S1) or equivalent in IT and/or Electrical Engineering CCNA minimum, CCNP or other network professional level certification is preferable.
  • Able to demonstrate network troubleshooting skills in the interview
  • Detailed level hands on experience with the related technology applied for the positions on the enterprise or telco environment

Job Description:

  • Develop and use solution design process documentation that defines in detail the solution design steps, documentation and systems used in the solution design function.
  • Lead requirements gathering for solution design inputs and prepare technical architectural and implementation design documents and works with the project management to develop the implementation plan including bill of quantities, cost plans, project deliverables and schedules.
  • Formulate managed service solutions testing and commissioning plans and support the delivery and integration of managed service solutions into the customer’s environment.
  • Manage the commissioning and acceptance testing of managed service solutions required for hand over to customers.
  • Provide, “As Built” solution design records for ongoing service management of solution performance and Moves, Adds & Changes.
  • Develop intimate knowledge of customer’s networks and services to support troubleshooting and resolution of assurance incidents with customers and L1 to L4 support.
  • Maintain awareness of existing or potential customer software/hardware/system environments and proactively alerts project management and sales team of potential problems and solutions.
  • Provide expert solution design support for new and existing product development and for pre-sales solution design support for the development of customer solutions.
  • Perform technical quality assurance reviews on solution designs and to adheres to agreed solution design escalation and change control procedures.
  • Prepare, maintain and submit activity/progress reports and time recording/management reports in accordance with published procedures.
  • Ensure the solution design function aligns with ITIL standards and methodology framework and all accreditation requirements for the solution design function are met and maintained.
  • To stay current on technical specifications for hardware/software requirements of managed services and industry products through professional associations, trade journals, networking, and associated training and seminars.


  • +4 years’ experience in ICT and Managed Services Business Environment or equivalent
  • Experience in Microsoft Azure Solution and Office 365 assessment, planning, design, testing, implementation and technical documentation
  • Experience migrating from Exchange and other email platforms to Office 365 including hybrid environments
  • Certification: Microsoft Azure Fundamental, Microsoft 365 Fundamental
  • Strong Leadership Skills and technical aptitude

  • As an IT infrastructure system administrator, responsible for managing and maintaining the organization’s computer systems, networks, servers, and other related infrastructure components. Requires a combination of technical knowledge, practical experience, and certain skills.


  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
  • Proficiency in various operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux, UNIX).
