1. Head of OD & Talent Strategy

Requirements :

• Respectful, trustworthy, professional, wholehearted, committed, act with integrity.
• Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, leadership, change management.
• Minimum has 8 years of working experience in a managerial role, especially experienced in job grading, organization design, workload analysis, competency matrix, performance management, talent management, succession planning.
• Bachelor/Master’s Degree in any major, preferably from an accredited institution.
• Advance communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

2. HRIS Manager

Requirements :

• Possess Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 year experiences in implementing HRIS Systems as a Consultant/ Analyst / Project Manager.
• Experienced in utilizing Python or PHP.
• Strong knowledge in integrating third-party API, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, NodeJs, and XML.
• Experience using the database SQL Server or MySQL
• Having knowledge of Great Day, Sunfish, or Coldfusion will be an advantage.
• Familiar with HC business process, programming, and project management.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• Good communication skills, networking and discipline.

3. Business Development Executive

Requirements :

• Possess minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Marketing/Economics/Engineering
• Minimum 3 year experiences in Business Development.
• Basic research, financial models, and analysis capabilities.
• Strong business acumen in project planning, business development, and management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, communicates proactively, clearly, and concisely.
• Excellent qualitative, quantitative, and analytical skills.
• Adaptive-Self-starter, self-directed, ability to work independently and follow up on activities.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and prioritize between multiple projects to meet deadlines.
• Fluent in spoken and written English. Overseas exposure is a plus.
• Advanced in Microsoft Excel technique is required.

4. Designer & Civil Engineer

Requirements :

• Possess Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Architectural Engineering.
• Minimum 4-5 year of working experiences as Project Engineer.
• Familiar able to operate Autocad and SketchUp 3D software, and calculate RAB.
• Team player, creative, neat, and detail-oriented.
• Good communication skills, honest, and discipline.

5. Digital Marketing Specialist

Requirements :

• Possess Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 year of working experiences in in a digital marketing or advertising position.
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics. Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required.
• Highly creative, good interpersonal, communication skill, and fast-learner.

6. General Affairs Senior Officer

Requirements :

• Possess Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
• Minimum 4 years of working experience in General Affairs field.

7. Inspector

Requirements :

• Possess Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mining Engineering, or any related major.
• Minimum 2 year of working experiences in Oil & Gas industry.
• Experienced in leading / supervising a team will be an advantage.
• Having a valid migas certification in Rig, Metering, Crane, Instalation, Rotating and/or Pipeline is required for this position.
• Effective communication skills and complaint handling.
• High integrity and fluency in English will be an advantage.

8. Logistic Officer

Requirements :

• Possess Bachelor’s Degree in any major.

Requirements :

• Possess Bachelor’s Degree in any major.

• Detail oriented, good accuracy in administration and perform teamwork spirit.

10. Technical Assistance

Requirements :

• Possess Minimum Diploma’s Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Having min 1-2 years experience in laboratory services and inspection industry.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiar with or have a good understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 17025, ISO14001 & ISO 45001 will be an advantage.
• Agile, adaptable, and fast running to this role.
• Able to work independently and in a team, neat and detail-oriented.

11. Field Operation CPO Expert

Requirements :

• Possess Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemistry, Mining), Chemistry or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 year experiences as CPO Surveyor Expert, Inspection, Superintendent, or similar position in the same industry field.
• Experienced in Agriculture preferable CPO area is required for this position.
• Have an excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Making good relationship with clients and proficient in complaint handling.
• Neat, detail-oriented and perform teamwork spirit.
