1. University Internships – Engineering 2023 Opportunities

As an Intern, you will be responsible for:

  • Receiving coaching and mentoring to enable you to complete assignments and projects to develop your learning and skillset

2. Project Service Delivery Coordinator – Liner Hanger and Completion

You will be also responsible for:

  • Coordinating cross-functional, cross business global activities and drive project adherence, ensuring flawless execution of priorities throughout the Project life cycle
  • Managing the project budget and timeline and ensure the resources are available to complete the project within budget and on time in order to meet customer obligations
  • Leading and managing multiple projects simultaneously effectively

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have basic understanding on local content process in Indonesia
  • Have experience as Sales Account Manager/Account Manager or relevant role

3. Sumatera Area Sales Representative – Completions and Well Intervention (CWI)

As Area Sales Representative -, you will be responsible for:

  • Within a geographic area responsible for selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects for Completions and Well Intervention (CWI) Product Line.
  • Promoting and penetrating Completions and Well Intervention (CWI) technology and systems to clients which requiring technical knowledge where some customization within guidelines can be done.
  • Maintaining good relationship with clients that related Completions and Well Intervention CWI products.
  • Contributing to frameworks for prices and conditions where there is room for negotiating and client specific conditions.
  • Cooperating with (technical) sales support, Service Delivery, and country sales leader to realize sales and leading a department with large estimated orders.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have related educational background with extended experience in Account Sales and/or Technical support role in Oil & Gas Industry.
  • Be able develop influential customer relationships, plans, sales strategies, presentations, win/loss tender ratio, and technical/commercial proposals.
  • Have experience in sales especially for Completions and Well Intervention CWI technology.
  • Demonstrate good oral and written communication in English with interpersonal and leadership skills.

4. Field Specialist General– Dual Logging While Drilling (LWD)/Directional Drilling (DD)

you will be responsible for:

  • Reporting for Drilling Services portfolio activities (mainly Formation Evaluation and Directional Drilling)
  • Demonstrate Knowledge over Wellbore Placement
  • Demonstrate Knowledge over Collision Avoidance Practices and relation with MWD Activities
  • Develop and demonstrate proficiency in the skill profile required for the delivery of Logging while Drilling services at the well site.
  • Successfully complete advanced technical training and assigned well site development Programs.
  • Good mechanical aptitude.
  • Develop and demonstrate proficiency in the skill profile required for the delivery of Directional Drilling services at the well site.
  • Demonstrate Knowledge over Hydraulics and Torque & Drag Simulations
  • Ability to supervise good practices for Borehole Assembly (BHA) Handling and making up
  • Demonstrate knowledge of activities/technologies related to well construction like Hydraulic Expandable Reamers, Circulation Sub
  • Ability to work well and communicate well with others.

Role purpose

  • Under general supervision provides resolution to problems of moderately complex scope at the well site where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
  • Exercises judgment to determine the appropriate action/troubleshooting at the well site by relying upon hands on experience and classroom-based training of standard principles, theories, concepts and techniques.
  • Responsible for knowing the operational status of field equipment at the well site and maintaining when appropriate.
  • Executes other related duties as assigned.
  • Conducts all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have at least Diploma
  • Have good oilfield experience in Well Construction or Drilling Services Field Operations
  • Have good communication in English
  • Having Mud Logging Services/ Surface Logging Services experience will be added advantage

5. Assembly, Maintenance and Overhaul Technician – Drilling Services

you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting all aspects of cable services including spooling and testing electrical & mechanical components.
  • Working to pre-defined procedures in line with established work practices and quality standards.
  • Assisting in incident investigations and troubleshooting and diagnosing cable issues.
  • Assisting in the enhancement of maintenance processes, documentation, and quality.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Have relevant industry experience (electronic, oilfield, automotive) with excellent mechanical aptitude (soldering electronic components, reading engineering diagrams, etc)
  • Show good mechanical skills, and the ability to multitask whilst using technical equipment.
  • Be able to show good problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills
  • Be proficient in reading and interpreting methods and procedures, drawings, and parts lists.
  • Be able to communicate, read and write in English

6. Global & Fabrications Distribution System (GFDS) Contract Lead

you will be responsible for:

  • Involving early prior to customer contract award: Risk distribution / mitigation & cost validation.
  • Developing strategic contracting approach with our suppliers to drive more certainty into our execution based on risk-based fabrication contract.
  • Oversighting of sub-contracting: transition from “back-to-back” to informed risk distribution & strategies (knowledge base approach)
  • Oversighting of proper rhythms to protect BH interests in execution, e.g. Establish monthly contract review
  • Controlling of contract communications and generate zipper and partnership health check
  • Controlling flow of change from BH, optimizing execution and delay log documentation process and support to site team
  • Setting up template, optimizing contract scope coordination and alignment with change order process

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have significant experience and above in Contract Management
  • Have Bachelors in business administration, or, other relevant legal, contractual, commercial, procurement energy related field
  • Have proven track record in contributing to the improvement of fabrication profitability, cash flow and control of commercial risk
  • Be commercially, financially, and contractually experienced with strategic and tactical communication proven capabilities
  • Be successfully developed and maintained stakeholder influence over inter-personal and negotiation commercial cases
  • Have good leadership record with proven capability of working in a matrix environment
  • Able to drive detail level of work and fast commercial results.
