1. Business Analyst

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
• More than 1 years of experience in IT business analysis or programming or another related field.
• Fresh graduate with experience internship 6 month in IT Business Analyst is very welcome.
• Strong in analytical skills.
• Skill:SQL Query, BRD, FSD.
• Experience in .Net is a plus.
• Have experiences to produce good documentations, such as for: Requirement Documents, Functional Design, SIT and UAT scenario& script.
• Have experience in creating reports and giving presentations.

2. Product Owner

Qualification :

• Min more than 1 years working experience as IT Delivery and/or equivalent.
• Experience at Insurance industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology.
• Have an experience finance system (ERP).
• Ability to prioritize effectively.
• Excellent knowledge of user-centered design principles.
• Ability to work with large teams.
• Understanding of design quality standards.
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.

3. PHP Programmer

Qualification :

• Min 1-3 years as PHP Programmer/IT.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar field.
• Knowledge of PHP web frameworks including Yii, Laravel, and Codeigniter.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS3, JavaScript, and HTML5.
• Understanding of object-oriented PHP programming.
• Previous experience creating scalable applications.
• Proficient with code versioning tools including Git, Mercurial, CVS, and SVN.
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Ability to project manage.
• Good problem-solving skills.

4. Product Owner Finance with PSAK 74

Qualification :

• Min. 1-2 years working experience as IT Delivery and/or Large-scale enterprise system.
• Leadership, critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Problem solving, analyze, evaluate and identify solution.
• Effective communication skill with ability to influence.
• Product minded oriented that always put our foot in user basis agile principles.
• Has knowledge of insurance.
• Prefer experience at Insurance industry.
• Have an experience on project PSAK 74.
