Lowongan Kerja di PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari
1. Supply Chain Import (Contract-Based)
- As a Supply Chain Import, you will be responsible for managing import items for clients including communication with clients, supplier, forwarder and reviewing stock and supply needs of related imported items.
Job Description :
- Manage the end-to-end import process, including documentation, customs clearance, transportation, and delivery of goods.
- Collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders to ensure smooth import operations.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure they are delivered on time and resolve any delays or issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate import records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as warehouse, and distribution teams to ensure proper inventory levels and timely delivery.
- Stay updated with changes in import regulations, tariffs, and trade agreements to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for cost savings.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in import/export operations
- Strong knowledge of import regulations, trade compliance, and documentation requirements.
- Familiarity with customs procedures, tariffs, and trade agreements.
- Proficient in using SAP & Excel
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify process gaps and implement improvements.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
2. Tax Officer
Job Description :
- Review monthly VAT & WHT reconciliation, payment and submission
- Lead the tax dispute process to prepare argumentation and/or supporting documents needed to tax authority
- Be the person in charge to discuss, explain and answer tax related questions to internal and external parties including tax authorities
- Monitoring and analyses the impact of (changes in) taxation regulation and provide recommendation to address the changes
- Ensure the Company always comply to the prevailing tax laws / regulations to minimize potential tax exposure
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree majoring in Accounting/Tax
- Having minimum 7 years of Experience in Taxation with tax consultant experience is preferred
- Must have Brevet A and B Certificate
- Advanced knowledge of taxation (corporate income tax, withholding tax & VAT) regulation and in tax application (Efaktur, Ebupot, Eform, etc)
- Familiar with SAP is preferred
- Fluent English communication skill
- Strong business sense, strategic thinking and data analysis ability
- Strong communication & influencing skill
3. Professional Sales Representatives (PSR)
Job Description :
- Conduct product presentations and educate healthcare professionals on the features, benefits, and appropriate usage of our products.
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals in assigned territory.
- Build and maintain positive and professional relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on product availability, pricing, and ordering processes.
- Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to develop effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts.
- Attend conferences, seminars, and other industry events to expand product knowledge and network with healthcare professionals.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, market conditions, and competitor insights.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards during all sales activities.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, life sciences, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical representative role at Pharmaceutical Company and PMA.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including pharmaceutical products, treatment protocols, and regulatory guidelines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey complex medical information to diverse audiences.
- Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building abilities to establish trust and credibility with healthcare professionals.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time and resources efficiently.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office applications and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license (SIM C)
- Willing to be placed on Denpasar, Makassar, Yogyakarta and travel within the assigned territory.
