1. Sales Marketing

Responsibilities :

  • Make regular sales call or visiting for new potential account or existing account.
  • Well maintain the existing customer and potential customers by updating them any change or new service.
  • Building Up the customer database.
  • Collecting the information from the customer.
  • Making regular or irregular reports of the services in self-group.

Qualifications :

  • Minimal D3.
  • At least 1 years (minimal) experience in a sales marketing position or similiar in logistic/ freight forwarding.
  • Good Knowledge about Export-Import by Sea & Air and Domestic.
  • Good in English both Verbal & Written.
  • Good Knowledge MS Office.

2. Document Import Staff

Responsibilities :

  • Handling of cargo in containerized or non-containerized import process.
  • Making and checking documents for custom process, including import.
  • Responsible for export administration.
  • Pro-active, have initiative and can work indepently. Inform our customers of shipment schedule or custom processing.
  • Understand import and customs excise in Indonesia.

Qualifications :

  • Welcome to Fresh Graduate or least 1 years (minimal) experience in a export staff position or similar, in Logistics/ Freight Forwarding.
  • Minimal D3.
  • Good knowledge in MS Office.
  • Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken).

3. Finance Accounting Staff

Responsibilities :

  • Performing financial and accounting related activities in a timely manner.
  • Preparing finance journal entries and account reconciliation reports.
  • Financial controller (AR & AP).
  • AR collection and aged receivables report.
  • Gathering and monitoring financial data (sales revenues & liabilities).
  • Monitoring fixed assets and depreciation.
  • Managing bank reconciliation.
  • Managing tax payments.
  • Monitoring and reporting on accounting discrepancies.
  • Assist in external audit process.
  • Performing month-end and year-end closing process.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting.
  • At least 2 years of work experience as a finance accounting staff or in a similar role (AR Collection).
  • Detail oriented, high level of accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP System (Odoo).
  • Basic knowledge of tax regulation, reporting, and calculation.
