OMDC Dental Clinic

Karirtalk.com – OMDC Dental Clinic lahir dari gagasan sederhana pendiri OMDC, drg. Oktri Manessa, dengan tujuan memberikan kesempatan yang sama kepada semua orang dari berbagai lapisan masyarakat untuk mendapatkan pendidikan dan perawatan gigi yang layak.

Perjalanan OMDC dimulai dari pengalaman drg. Oktri Manessa, atau yang akrab disapa drg. Oktri, saat ia menjadi dokter gigi PTT di Desa Ie Alang Masjid, sebuah desa terpencil di Kabupaten Aceh Besar, Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam.

Pada hari pertama, drg. Oktri menyadari bahwa hanya sedikit penduduk sekitar yang datang ke puskesmas untuk perawatan gigi, kurang dari 10 orang setiap bulannya. Oleh karena itu, ia memutuskan untuk turun langsung ke masyarakat dan bertemu dengan kepala desa yang disebut “Keuchik” di Aceh. Saat ini, OMDC Dental Clinic membuka lowongan kerja.

Lowongan Kerja di OMDC Dental Clinic

1. Copywriter Personal

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or journalism.
• Experience in a copywriting position for at least 3-5 years in an advertising agency.
• Familiarity with creative processes and techniques – including digital media.
• Proven ability in being creative and thinking digital.
• Proficient using an apple gadget (iPhone, etc).
• Create content Writer for social media (IG, Tiktok, etc).
• Fluent in English especially in writing.
• Job placement in Pejaten, South Jakarta.

2. General Dentist

Qualification :

• Graduate of Dentistry Profession within GPA min 3.3
• At least 3 years of experiences.
• Have a valid Registration Certificate (STR).
• Updated Before and After Picture of cases.
• Willing to follow provisions of clinical management.
• Good communication skill, patient oriented and high integrity.
• Job placement in Mampang, Fatmawati, Alam Sutera, Bogor, Surabaya and Bali.

3. Committee Doctor

Qualification :

• Preferably the profession of general dentist or specialist dentist.
• Have minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, in clinical management.
• Minimum 2 years practice and experience in handling patient complaints.
• Understand clinical management.
• Job placement in South Jakarta.

4. Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery

Qualification :

• Have a oral & maxillofacial surgery master degree from a reputable university within GPA min 3.0
• At least 1-2 years of experience.
• Have a valid Registration Certificate (STR)
• Updated Before and After Picture of cases.
• Willing to follow the provisions of clinical management.
• Good communication skill, patient oriented, and high integrity.
• Placement Bandung and Surabaya

5. IT System Analyst

Qualification :

• D3 / S1 in Computer Science, IT or equivalent
• Having experiences as IT Development for minimal 2 year
• Can work under pressure and high datelines
• Knowing Modern Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Expert to use all kind of database engine (SQL Server/mySQL/Mariadb, etc)
• Familiar with Relational Database Management System
• Familiar with Distribution Process (is added value)
• Job placement in Pejaten, South Jakarta.

6. Technician

Qualification :

• SMK / S1 in any Major
• Age Max 35 years
• Have a minimum of 3 years experience for Technician
• Maintenace: Machine repair, Keypad, Signal, and others
• Installation: Installation of new EDC machines, installation of lights
• Have knowledge/experience related to generators
• Monitoring branch assets, machinery, electricity, buildings & equipment to minimize serious damage
• Willing to be mobile to every branch
• Willing to work under pressure
• Job placement in Pejaten, South Jakarta.

7. Dental Nurse

Qualification :

• Man or Woman, age 18 – 28 years old.
• Education D3/S1 Dental Nurse.
• At least 1 year experience in the same field.
• Have a valid Registration Certificate (STR).
• Good communication skill, patient oriented and high integrity.
• Understand and have a good skill in processing dentistry tools and materials.
• Job placement in Mampang and Bintaro.
