Telkomsel adalah perusahaan operator telekomunikasi seluler yang didirikan pada tahun 1995 sebagai hasil kerjasama antara PT Telkom dan Indosat di Indonesia. Telkomsel mulai merambah teknologi nirkabel GSM pada tahun 1993, dan pada tahun 1994, PT Satelit Palapa Indonesia, operator jaringan GSM pertama di Indonesia, mengeluarkan kartu SIM. Pada tanggal 26 Mei 1995, Telkomsel meluncurkan layanan pascabayar dengan kartu Halo.

1. Staff Enterprise Bid Management

What You’ll Be In Charge of as a Staff Enterprise Bid Management:

• Facilitate strategy formulation by working closely with solution sales/solution architects/product and account team to identify client/prospect business drivers and create optimal proposal strategies.
• Manage the proposal development process for small/low complexity projects and take major responsibility for large/complex projects.
• Build persuasive proposal content and executive summaries that follow the company’s best practice approach.

• Maximum Age in May 2023, should not be more than 28 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in bid management, proposal development, and handling tenders.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other bid management tools

2. IOT Product Solutions Engineer

What You’ll be in charge of as a IOT Product Solutions Engineer:

• Research, create, test, and document IOT solution products for industries such as mining, petrochemical, power plant, and oil & gas.
• Create and develop IOT solution designs, including devices, sensors, and software.
• Provide solution expertise related to connection (network and platform) for successful implementation of IOT projects.
• Analyze customer needs and requirements to ensure effective IOT solutions.
• Monitor project budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Assist delivery and after-sales teams in project deployment to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Support sales team in designing and creating proposals for IOT projects to meet customer requirements.

• Maximum age as of May 2023, should not be more than 28 years old Good oral & writing communication skills in English
• Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Physical Science, Engineering Physics
• Min. 2 years of experience working in industrial automation for Mining, Petrochemical, Energy, Oil & Gas, and
• Automation or IOT Principal industries.
• Having extensive knowledge in engineering design for automation systems (PLC, SCADA, DCS, HMI, Microcontroller)
• Experienced in Product Development
• Have basic understanding of IT Network, Programming (C# / C++ / VB / Java or other) and cloud computing
