Lowongan Kerja di PT Indoprima Gemilang

1. General Affair Staff
Qualification

• Must process at least Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum GPA 3,00 out of 4,00
• Responsive and high initiative person
• Familiar using Autocad and CDR
• At least 2 years experience in related field
• Prefrably specialized in building maintenance and public facility
• Willing to be placed in Margomulyo, Surabaya, East Java

2. HC GENERALIST SUPERVISOR
Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
• Maximum age 32 years old
• Required Soft Skill(s): Good Communication Skill, People Management, Active, Sociable, Orientation to Detail
• Required Technical Skill(s): Training Management, Competency Dictionary, Learning – Management System, MS. Office (Excel and Power Point is a must)
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field (human capital generalist)
• Willing to be placed in Nganjuk or Surabaya

3. PPIC STAFF
Qualification

• Must Process at least bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or having experience in production planning in manufacturing company
• Min GPA 3,00 out of 4,00 or Freshgraduate with min GPA 3,50 out of 4,00 (cumlaude)
• Enttitled as the best graduate from any university, or having national or international achievements is a big advantage.
• Min 2 Years experience in PPIC
• Proficient operating Ms.office Excel is a must
• Maximum 27 years old
• Familiar with cycletime ruler (daily, weekly, & monthly)
• Willing to be placed in Baron, Nganjuk, East Java

4. PRODUCTION SPV

Qualification

• Must process D4/S1 Mechanical/Electrical/ Industrial Engineering
• Minumum GPA 3,00 out of 4,00 or freshgraduate min GPA 3,50 out of 4,00
• Entittled as the best graduate from any university, or having national or international achievements is a big advantage.
• Having experience in the related field (Preferably from manufacture company)
• Experienced as a team leader is a plus
• Proficient in operating Ms Office
• Able to speak english
• Able in team management
• Willing to be placed in Baron, Nganjuk, East Java

5. PAYROLL STAFF

Requirements

• Candidate must process at least
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Informatics, Psychology or equivalent
• Maximum age 28 years old
• Required Soft Skill(s): Detail oriented, structured and systematic
• Required Technical Skill(s): Ms. Office especially Ms Excel
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field (Payroll)
• Willing to be placed in Baron, Nganjuk, East Java

6. Organizational & People Development

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
• Maximum age 32 years old

7. PROGRAMMER

Qualification

• Must Prosses D3/D4/S1 Informatics Engineering or MIPA faculty
• Having experience in the related field (Preferably in Software Development/ Programmer)
• Required Skills: Web Developer, Database MS SQL server, PHP

8. IT SUPPORT

Qualification

• Must Prosses D4/S1 Informatics Engineering
• Having experience in the related field (computer hardware & network)
• Required Skills : Mikrotik (MTCNA), Windows Server, VM Ware, Android Studio Developer, Web PHP & Java Script Developer.

9. PURCHASING STAFF

Qualification

• Entitled as the Best Graduate from any university, or having national or international achievements is a big advantage.
• Must process at least bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
• GPA minimum 3,00 out of 4,00
• Good communication & negotiation, high level commitment and team work.
• Good computer literacy.
• At least 2 years experience in the related field (freshgraduate with GPA 3,5 out of 4,00 are welcome)
• Preferably specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
• Proficient in operating Microsoft Office (Mandatory)
• Willing to be placed in Margomulyo, Surabaya, East Java
