1. New Project & Localization Supervisor

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) of Industrial Engineering
• Male/ Female with maximal age 26 years old
• At least 2 years experiences in the same field, especially in manufacturing or purchasing industry
• Advanced skill in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
• Good leadership & communication skill
• Excellent problem solver & decision maker
• Willing to be placed at Cikarang (Bekasi), West Java

2. Industrial Relation & Legal Supervisor

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) of Law
• Male with maximal age 28 years old
• At least 2 years experiences in the same position, especially in manufacturing industry
• Understanding Government Regulation & Rules, such as UU Ketenagakerjaan, UU Cipta Kerja, etc.
• Good communication & interpersonal skill
• Willing to be placed at Karawang, West Java

3. Production Unit (Die Casting) Leader

Qualifications :

• Associate’s degree (D3) of Mechanical/ Manufacturing Process Engineering
• Male with maximal age 25 years old
• Fresh graduate who is willing to learn & develop himself
• Understanding production process flow & aspects in manufacturing industry, especially in casting production
• A leader with good coordination & problem solving abilities
• Willing to be placed at Karawang, West Java

4. Quality Assurance (Unit) Leader

Qualifications :

• Associate’s degree (D3) of Mechanical/ Manufacturing Process Engineering
• Male with maximal age 25 years old
• Fresh graduate who is willing to learn & develop himself, especially in quality assurance area
• Meticulous and neat when it comes to work
• A leader with good coordination & problem solving abilities
• Willing to be placed at Karawang, West Java
