1. Site Reliability Engineer (Cloud)

Job Descriptions :

• Responsible for ensuring the business continuity of the company’s IT system, discovering and handling system failures on time
• Responsible for the communication between the internal and external stakeholders
• Formulate processes and specifications to make IT system management suitable for regulator’s requirements
• Handle emergency response, troubleshooting, IT Compliance, monitoring, Operation, and maintenance process specifications

Qualifications :

• Bachelor Degree in IT and related majors
• More than 3 years of experience in Linux system operation management
• Proficient in English
• Understand the basic principles of MySQL database, familiar with common SOL statements (add/delete/modify/check)
• Familiar with financial enterprise operation, maintenance process specifications and security compliance will be a plus
• Familiar with software: Nginx, Kafka, Linux, Java, etc would be a plus
• Active, cheerful personality, good communication skills, strong ability to withstand pressure
• Good learning ability, able to quickly learn new technologies

2. Risk Manager

Job Descriptions :

• Responsible to strengthen the business management and team building of the Indonesian local risk control team
• Responsible to review policies & procedures, risk assessment materials submitted by various units
• Responsible to advise business units on operational risks and control matters, including coordinating business contingency plan
• Responsible to present the results and findings of the analysis and making appropriate recommendations for improvement.
• Participate and understand the making of risk models and strategies

Qualifications :

• Minimal Bachelor Degree
• Fluent in English
• Minimal 2 years experience managing and directing team
• Experience in peer risk management will be a plus
• Understand the function and logic of data analyst
• Strong learning ability, good teamwork spirit, good pressure resistance, and result-oriented

3. Risk Management Analyst Assistant Manager

Job Descriptions :

• Responsible to perform data generation, prepare and compile data to monitor the risk
• Prepare draft reports required in accordance with applicable regulations
• Checking the correctness of SLIK data reports against POJK regarding SLIK reporting regulation
• Responsible to perform data loss calculations according to the regulator’s requirements
• Responsible to provide supported data in conducting risk assessment and risk opinion on new project
• Create and maintain Risk Issues Register
• Coordinate the planning and implementation stages of the Risk Management Awareness Campaign

Qualifications :

• Bachelor Degree, in IT will be a plus
• Minimal 3 years of experience as a Risk Management Analyst in finance or fintech company
• Experienced in analyzing data / MIS
• Familiar with SAS or SQL, R, Phyton, and other relevant language

4. Field Collection Manager (Bandung)

Job Descriptions :

• Responsible for the daily operation of the collection team
• Responsible to set goals, targets for the team, analyze performance and productivity
• Creating and implementing the strategy to improve the collection of outstanding credit
• Implementing collection policies and procedures to avoid excessive outstanding credit
• Responsible to negotiate with customers in cases when non-payment occurs
• Prepare monthly feedback reports on payment collections
• Responsible to conduct training and mentoring of staff members for the collections department

Qualifications :

• At least Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field
• Experienced in leading a team
• Preferred from banking and/or financial services
• Good in Microsoft Office (especially for data analysis)
• Good interpersonal skills, communication, leadership and networking

5. Credit Risk Strategy Analyst

Job Descriptions :

• Monitor and analyze business operations, discover risk characteristics and strategies
• Responsible to improve the monitoring system and reports, real-time observation changes in indicators, and periodically measure risks
• Responsible for third-party data evaluation and application plan to solve business problems
• Responsible for strategy deployment and verification
• Responsible for user risk profile analysis, customer group change monitoring, and model performance monitoring

Qualifications :

• Minimal Bachelor Degree
• Minimal 2 years of risk strategy experience in banking/fintech/multifinance
• Fluent in English
• Familiar with basic data analysis tools, ex: SAS, R language, Python, etc, and able to optimize risk
• strategies through analysis
• Experience in formulating risk strategies for online small and microloan products is preferred

6. Credit Risk Data Analyst

Job Descriptions :

• Responsible for daily monitoring business system
• Collect various types of features to optimize business
• Assist in building a data mart, wide data table, and constantly mining user portraits and other dimensional features for all business parties
• Regularly conduct data analysis and review on risk strategy/model effect/product profitability. and point out potential problems & risks based on the analysis results, and propose the solutions

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree or above which is related to economics, mathematics, and statistics
• 1-3 years experience with data analysis experience in an e-commerce/fintech company, prefer with credit analysis experience
• Fluent with hive SQL, familiar to use Python, SAS. R. spark, etc for data analyzing
• Master statistical methods and tools, and familiar with the methods of statistical testing of models;
• Logical thinking, proactive, strong communication skills, good at teamwork

7. Assistant Manager (Mis Collection)

Job Descriptions :

• Assisting Manager to do daily, weekly, and monthly activity related Collection Process
• Responsible for quality checks and maintaining the accuracy of information processing
• Responsible to explore and up to date on cases related to Arrears and Collection
• Maintain a detailed understanding of all Arrears and Collection related regulation
• Assistant manager on creating new SOP or improving the existing SOP, including input as of the latest regulation

Qualifications :

• Minimal Bachelor’s/College Degree in finance/accountancy/banking or equivalent
• Minimal 3 years experiences in fintech, multifinance, or banking
• Able to operate SQL language is a plus point
• Good verbal and written communication skills

8. Anti-Money Laundering/Combating The Financing Of Terrorism

Job Descriptions :

• Responsible to implement anti-tipping-off procedures that are submitted to PPATK
• Responsible to analyze AML & CFT Monitoring System alerts and convey possible matches to superiors
• Responsible to establish & compile data on a daily basis
• Prepare and submit related reports in an assigned timeline

Qualifications :

• Bachelor Degree in related majors
• Proficient in Indonesian, English (written & spoken)
• Have good sensitivity toward Risk & Control
• Understand applications related to APU and PPT in the financing sector or other financial industries
• Have experience in APU and PPT or Audit (preferred)
