Dikshatek merupakan gabungan dari dua kata, yaitu “Diksha” dan “Tek”. Diksha adalah kata dalam bahasa Sanskerta yang berarti “inisiasi.” Ini adalah awal dari sebuah praktik dalam agama seperti Buddisme dan Hinduisme. Sedangkan “Tek” adalah bentuk singkat dari kata Teknologi dalam bahasa Indonesia.

1. Head of Sales

Requirements :

• Female
• Age max around 39-41s
• Good personality attitude
• Will managing 1-3 people
• WFO
• Bachelor’s degree in sales or related field
• 5+ years experience as Senior Sales or Head Sales with achievement
• Software Company Background is mandatory
• Proven track record of sales performance
• Familiarity in FSI Industry
• Excellent communications skills
• Ability to lead, motivate, develop sales team
• Strong leadership, communications, & leading a team

2. Data Scientist

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or other Engineering disciplines.
• Min. 3 years of work experience as Data Scientist
• Proficient in using Office Suite, SQL, SQL Server, Hadoop, and BI Tools (Microstrategy, Power BI, Tableau, etc.). Experience with SAPHana is a plus.
• Familiarity with statistical programming languages such as Python, Spark, etc., for data manipulation and deriving insights from large datasets. Experience with Hana_ML is a plus.
• Experience working with large datasets and handling data querying, analysis, profiling, explanatory analysis, modeling, prediction, and presentation.
• Strong knowledge and familiarity with various machine learning techniques, including clustering, classification, regression, artificial neural networks, etc.
• Experience with big data tools is a plus.

3. UI/UX Designer

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Engineering, or a related field.
• Min.3 years of work experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Proficiency in UI Designing using Figma and Adobe Illustrator.
• Ability to effectively communicate ideas, designs, and suggestions.
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Storytelling ability in design.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas clearly.
• Good time-management skills.

4. Cyber Security Engineer

Requirements :

• Have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
• Have 2 – 4 years of relevant IT experience, with a minimum of 1-year hands-on as a penetration tester or application security engineer
• Familiar with common security controls and security flaws for modern mobile applications, web applications, APIs and cloud infrastructure
• Understand the OWASP testing methodology and have knowledge of penetration testing tools
• Think like an attacker but humble enough to help developers understand about risk and mitigation control of a vulnerability
• Offensive Security certification is an advantage, such as CEH Practical or OSCP/OSCE certified
• Have passion and curiosity to explore new techniques and attack vectors
• A self-motivated learner that continuously wants to share knowledge to improve others
• Familiar with common security controls and security standard, such as NIST
• Understanding of enterprise application system, operating systems (OS) a network system

5. FullStack Developer

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree majoring in information Science
• Experience 1-2 years as FullStack Developer
• Experience with implementing SQL stored Procedures
• Experience handling projects in mobile and web applications is a must.
• Having knowledge in React Native & Java Spring Boot
• Prefer having Knowledge with Microservices Architectural
• Prefer having Knowledge in JWT/ OAUTH

6. Business Process Analyst

Requirements :

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Maximum age of 27 years old.
• 3+ years of work experience in Business Process Analysis (BPA).
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, SQL, and SQL Server.
• Able to implement SQA
• Ability accustomed to make queries, reports, and presentations;
• Familiarity with business process modeling methodologies and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively collaborate and negotiate.

7. Data Engineer

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or related fields.
• Min. 2+ years of relevant working experience.
• Min. GPA 3.5 of 4
• Age min 25 – 30 years old
• Strong expertise in system requirement analysis, data ingestion, data staging, data cleansing, and data mart development.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing job workflows and ETL processes using AWS. Familiarity with Talend, Snowflake, or similar platforms is an advantage
• Proficiency in creating data ingestion solutions using AWS.
• Excellent scripting skills for data cleansing and staging in AWS
• Experience in developing RESTful APIs for system integration.
• Familiarity with QA processes, including creating comprehensive scenario forms related to data cleansing, data staging, data mart, and Tableau dashboard development
• Proficiency in Python, MySQL, Postgre, DB2, SQL Server, and Redshift

8. Database Administrator

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
• Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in administering Oracle Databases and PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with Oracle and PostgreSQL database high availability design and documentation.
• Experience using Oracle Data Guard and Fast Start Failover.
• Proficiency in database backup procedures and recovery systems.
• Strong skills in SQL and other shell scripting.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to visualize algorithmic structures.

9. System Analyst

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or related fields.
• Min. 2+ years of relevant working experience.

• Proven experience in business requirement analysis and system requirement analysis.
• Strong skills in creating BRD and FSD/TFD.
• Experience in developing QA scenario forms and performing system integration testing.

• Proficiency in designing databases and queries, with expertise in MySQL, Postgre, DB2, SQL Server, and database modeling (ERD).
