1. Human Resources Business Partner (IBP) – Jakarta Office

Job Responsible :

  • Monitoring, evaluate and ensure effectiveness of HR policies, programs and solutions deployment at sites collaborate with management, Site heads, and line managers in strategic HR Requirements.
  • Responsible for recruitment process and ensure manpower effectiveness by aligning current issues on manpower and organization effectiveness planning.
  • Responsible for mitigating risk in critical industrial/ labor relations matters, ensure industrial/ labor relations risks are mitigated and industrial/ labor relations issues are solved properly.
  • Responsible for compile all concerns and issue at the sites and other functions or related HR policies/ programs/ procedures and provide feedback/ response to other HR sub-functions for getting the feedback improvement and corrective action.
  • Ensure Quality, Safety & Environment Management System is implemented and followed within department.
  • Responsible for identifying development needs of subordinates/ others and determine their development method and ensure the performance improvement of department’s personnel.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree from any major or any background that is equivalent with core business activities.
  • More than 15 years of experiences in related field with min. 10 years as managerial level, preferably from renewable and energy technology (solar panel) business.
  • Good understanding and sound knowledge of laws and regulations related to HR operation in renewable and energy technology (solar panel) industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, power point, etc).
  • Good leadership, analytical thinking and administrative skill.
  • Good communication in both written & spoken English.

2. Commercial Specialist – Jakarta Office

Job Responsible :

  • Responsible and ensure readiness of pre shipment documents and shipping instruction in each shipment prior vessel arrival for smooth loading.
  • Coordinate shipment details for purpose of royalty payment (e-PNBP).
  • Develop and manage sales summary and ensure account receivable from buyer.
  • Analysis computation of coal price adjustment in accordance with coal sales and purchase agreement.
  • Develop shipment database and ensure completeness of shipment documents for monthly sales report.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree from any major or any background that equivalent with core business activities.
  • More than 8 years of experiences in related field, preferably from Coal Business.
  • Good understanding and sound knowledge of Export Documents, Incoterms and Letter of Credit (L/C), Coal Sales and Purchase Agreement.
  • Understand application system Mine-market and Oracle Financial.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.).
  • Good communication in both written & spoken English.

3. Operation Performance Analyst – Jakarta Office

Job Responsible :

  • Active monitoring operation performance, pinpoint concern issues and risk which lead to proactive mitigation plan.
  • Ensure monthly production outlook from sites align with company direction and sync with sales and delivery plan.
  • Center of annual production budget, focus on alignment of production and sales target, cost control, CAPEX, and EBITDA target.
  • Ensure licenses to operate and follow up permits granted on time.
  • Focus on coal business in Indonesia, new law and regulations, coal producer peers,big picture of coal business and related technology to seek possibility to adapt to ITM strategy.
  • Discover opportunity and pinpoint improvement area, provide study and analysis of problem areas, project management, stakeholder management, lead to implementation in order to increase productivity and efficiency including cost reduction.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree from Mining Engineer or Geological Engineer.
  • Minimal 5 years experiences in the related field with 3 years experiences in analytical work.
  • Sound knowledge Financial Model and Economic Evaluation experiences would be good advantage.
  • Good teamwork, cooperation and presentation skill.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
  • Good communication in both written & spoken English.

4. Shipment Specialist – Jakarta Office

Job Responsible :

  • Coordinate with Sales and Legal team for sales contract administration processing.
  • Prepare laytime calculation and settlement with the buyer.
  • Manage tender documents processing and coordinate with Sales, Finance and Legal team.
  • Coordinate with Sales team for sales agency agreement and settlement.
  • Ensure marine cargo insurance coverage of each shipment and monthly insurance declaration.
  • Ensure submission of Non-PO processing and the settlement.
  • Prepare monthly sales report.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree from any major or any background that equivalent with core business activities.
  • Min. 2 years experiences in the area Transportation and Shipping or Export/ Import (Fresh Graduates are welcome).
  • Sound knowledge about the overall coal shipping, demurrage and dispatch calculation, marine cargo insurance, freight charter party, export/import procedure, L/C, shipping documents and coal sale and purchase agreement.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc).
  • Good communication in both written & spoken English.

5. Shipper Representative – Samarinda Area

Job Responsible :

  • Ensure Smooth and safe operation at Transshipments Point for optimizing coal loading/ discharging.
  • Ensure and minimize delays caused by barge, tug, floating crane and supporting loading equipment.
  • Ensure no dispute on cargo loading document.
  • Ensure quick settlement onboard to avoid worst claim after vessel departed/sailing to the next port.
  • Ensure to protect shipper interest on board during loading operation.

Requirements :

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree from Marine, Port or Shipping Management.
  • Min. 2 years experiences in Marine Operation (on board vessel).
  • Sound knowledge about the overall supply chain and shipping process and flow including tug and barge operation.
  • Basic Safety Training Certificated, ISM Code Certificated, ISPS Code Certificated or relevant safety certification for Marine Operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, power point, etc).
  • Highly motivated & energized.
  • Good communication in both written & spoken English.
