Retail Sales Development
Job Roles :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to develop strategies for business growth
- Monitor and track sales performance, providing regular reports and analysis to the management team.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities for the sales team.
- Develop new digital sales channel O2O for XL Prioritas
- Analyze potential sales opportunities and market conditions
- Improving digital sales tools capability
- Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities including prospecting, presentation, project closures follow ups and actions taken
- Continuously seek ways to improve sales processes and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.
Requirements :
- Experience develop digital channel of sales
- Sales target dan impact oriented
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with prospects effectively.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding targets and achieving sales goals.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
- Good understanding of sales processes and techniques,
- Knowledge of the industry or market the company operates in is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory with min 3 years experience
