Perusahaan ini memiliki dan mengoperasikan tambang AGM di Tapin, Hulu Sungai Selatan, Kalimantan Selatan yang saat ini menghasilkan sekitar 3 juta ton batu bara sub-bituminus setiap tahun.

1. HR Operation & Comben Supervisor (HROSV)

Requirements :

• Minimal Bachelor Degree in related field from a reputable university
• Have minimal 4-5 years of working experiences, preferable has experience in Mining Industry
• Handle payroll, overtime, medical reimbursement, insurance, and time attendance
• Have knowledge of Ellipse / SAP and HRIS
• Prepare & monitoring employee contracts for new hire and existing employees
• Expert in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, & Powerpoint)
• Fluent in both spoken and written English is a must
• Location based: Head office, Jakarta

2. HR Operations & GA Section Head (HRSH)

Requirements :

• Minimal Bachelor Degree from Psychology from a reputable university
• Have minimal 7 years of related working experience, ideally coming from Mining Industry and already has experience in the same level
• Thorough understanding of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices
• Proven experiences in handling labor union, negotiations, and managing disputes
• Experienced in leading a team and handling end-to-end human resources administrative needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with employees at all levels
• Expert in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, & Powerpoint)
• Fluent in both spoken and written English is a plus
• Location based: South Kalimantan

3. Recruitment Supervisor (RTSV)

Requirements :

• Minimal Bachelor Degree from Psychology or Legal from a reputable university
• Have minimal 3 years of full time recruitment experience, preferable has experience in Mining Industry
• Target driven and able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
• Updated about talent market and able to build a robust network of target talents will be preferred
• Experienced in recruiting passive and active candidates
• Expert in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, & Powerpoint)
• Fluent in both spoken and written English is a plus
• Location based: Head office, Jakarta

Requirements :

• Have knowledge and experience in Mine Design & Planning (MESV)
• Have knowledge and experience in Mining Software like MineScape, Xpax, Mine (MESV)
• Have knowledge in Good Mining Practice and K3LH
• Have knowledge and experience about PROPER (RECSV)
• Have knowledge and experience about ISDA (CRSV)
• Expert in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, & Powerpoint)
• Fluent in both spoken and written English is a plus

7. Mechanic A2B Group Leader

• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di Pertambangan dengan posisi sebagai Mechanic Group Leader
• Memahami Troubleshooting (Engine/Hyd/Transmisi)
• Memahami Overhaul (Engine/Hyd/Transmisi)
• Memiliki sertifikat Basic Mechanical Course (BMC)
• Mmeiliki sertifikat Pertambangan Operasional Pertama (POP)

• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di Pertambangan dengan posisi sebagai Mechanic
• Memahami Troubleshooting (Engine/Hyd/Transmisi)
• Memahami Overhaul (Engine/Hyd/Transmisi)
• Memiliki sertifikasi Basic Mechanical Course (BMC)
• Memiliki SIM A/B2

9. Auto Electrician

Kualifikasi :

• Usia maksimal 40 Tahun
• Pendidikan Lulusan SMK Teknik Mesin/Elektrik
• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Auto Electrician
• Memiliki sertifikat Basic Mechanical Course (BMC)
• Memiliki SIM A/B2
• Mampu mengoperasikan AC Sistem

10. IT Programmer

Kualifikasi :

• Menguasai SQL Server, Pemprogrammer Web & Mobile Apps
