Tujuan utama di balik pembentukannya, namun, adalah untuk memperluas cakrawala PT Surya Citra Televisi (SCTV), salah satu stasiun televisi terbesar di Indonesia saat ini.

Sebagai perusahaan penyiaran media, SCTV terbatas oleh undang-undang untuk beroperasi semata-mata sebagai perusahaan penyiaran yang telah diberi lisensi. Namun, prospek bisnis dari sebuah kelompok layanan multimedia terpadu sangat menjanjikan untuk diabaikan.

1. Account Manager

Job Description :

  • Build Strong Client Relationship and Understand Client’s Business needs.
  • Working with account planners to devise a campaign that meets the client’s brief and budget.
  • Presenting campaign ideas and costing to clients.
  • Negotiating with clients, solving any problems and making sure deadlines are met.
  • Checking and reporting on the campaign’s progress
  • Keeping in contact with the client at all stages of the campaign Managing the account’s budget and invoicing the client Making ‘pitches’ to win new business
  • Forecast Accuracy & Pipeline Management
  • Field Management (Supervision etc.)
  • Project administration (Coordination with other functions e.g. marketing)

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree from any major.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Account Manager / Account Executive.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Excellent Business Development skills and negotiation skills.
  • Having a good networking in media sales (TV/Advertising).
  • Good interpersonal, energetic, diligent, honest, tenacious, disciplined, responsible, and able to work in team or individually.
  • Willing to work with long/flexible hour.
  • Fluent in English is a good point.

2. Presenter(s)

Job Description :

  • Master the content and prepare all presentation elements, including visuals, multimedia, and interactive components.
  • Connect with the audience through a charismatic and confident presentation style, building rapport and maintaining their engagement.
  • Use clear and concise language to communicate complex ideas and information effectively.
  • Continuously assess and improve presentation techniques and delivery based on audience feedback and industry trends.
  • Crafting, Analyzing, and Presenting Engaging Narratives to Audiences

Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major
  • Have a good looking, excellent public speaking and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English is a must, ability to speak other languages will be an advantage
  • Have experience in Production House/TV Production/Event Organizer would be value added
  • Proficiency in using presentation software and multimedia tools to enhance content delivery.
  • Flexibility to travel and work in various locations, as required for events and presentations.
