1. Area Sales Representative (Contract Based)

Job Description :

  • Memastikan target penjualan terpenuhi atau terlampaui melalui pengembangan bisnis baru.
  • Membuat rencana kerja untuk mencapai target penjualan.
  • Membuat laporan penjualan dan aktivitas secara berkala.
  • Merencanakan dan menganalisa volume dan potensi penjualan (saat ini dan masa depan) dari semua pelanggan di wilayah yang ditugaskan untuk mengidentifikasi peluang pertumbuhan, serta mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan rencana di area tersebut.
  • Bertanggung jawab untuk mengejar prospek, menilai kebutuhan, dan menyediakan layanan produk, termasuk layanan purnajual, untuk memaksimalkan manfaat yang diperoleh dari produk/layanan.

Qualifications :

  • Pilihan Area Penempatan : Bangka
  • Pendidikan minimal Diploma (D3), jurusan perikanan, ekonomi, dan berkaitan dengan sains.
  • Minimal 1 tahun pengalaman penjualan langsung, dan selama bekerja telah berhasil mencapai target.
  • Memiliki pengetahuan yang baik mengenai industri udang di Indonesia termasuk produk, kesadaran akan persaingan, serta pelanggan.
  • Memiliki keterampilan komunikasi, presentasi, analisa, dan pemecahan masalah yang kuat.
  • Mampu mengoperasikan Google Suites & Ms. Office (terutama Excel).
  • Mampu bekerja secara individu atau dalam tim dengan keterampilan pengambilan keputusan yang baik.
  • Memiliki kapasitas untuk memahami semua fungsi penjualan yaitu target penjualan, pelanggan, dan area penjualan.
  • Kemampuan untuk berhubungan erat dengan pelanggan serta membangun hubungan yang kuat dan berkelanjutan.

2. Business Development Associate (Contract Based)

Job Description :

  • Responsible for the development of Nusantics Animal Diagnostic business in the agriculture industry where you will be driven to act like an industry champion.
  • Perform business projection/modeling, and market research to find fresh opportunities to seek for growth and generate short as well as long term value for the company.
  • Create a top-quality sales strategy to help the company reach commercial success by maximizing sales, growth, and market share.
  • Determine and define both the benefits and value proposition in the technical aspects of our products within the market.
  • Provide a proper direction to the product development team in order to improve and drive all products to fit perfectly in the market.
  • Establish strong customer loyalty, manage business, and company affairs in the country. Closely cooperate with all key stakeholders.
  • Proactively, independently, and routinely cold calling customers so you can walk on your own business target.
  • Be the face of the company. You will travel from one place to another and communicate directly with clients most of the time.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing Management, or related major.
  • Minimum 1 year experience within the Business Development or related work area, where having an understanding in/or experience in the agriculture industry is a plus. But, highly motivated and passionate fresh graduates to learn further about biotechnology are very welcome to apply.
  • Very good in market orientation, and excellent business acumen.
  • Solid record of working as a committed, self-starter, and proactive person, especially in building, maintaining, and expanding sales networks.
  • Have an eagle eye for any kind of business opportunities, and are eager to do a committed follow through.
  • Very well skilled in both written and verbal communication (English and Bahasa Indonesia).
  • Morally ethical, analytical, and logical thinking.
  • Based in Jakarta.

3. Operations Lead

Job Description :

  • Manage the company’s overall supply chain (inventory planning, warehouse, logistics, and distribution) strategy to maximize the Indonesia revenue
  • Control the overall activities of warehouse, logistics, and distribution to run effectively, and communicate effectively with stakeholders on the progress
  • Implement inventory plan and management, logistics, and distribution to reduce cost and maximize profit
    Finding cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes
  • Develop effective strategy for transporting goods (3PL, type of vehicles, goods handling, routes, and manpower)
  • Develop strategy to maximize the supply chain performance for Indonesia office

Qualifications :

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Operation Management, Industrial Engineering, or any related major
  • Mininum 2 years’ working experience in operations management or similar role
  • Digitally savvy and fluent in English (both spoken and written)
  • Strong knowledge about operations and/or supply chain management
  • Familiarity with forecasting
  • Good leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in Google Suite (Sheet, Slides & Docs) or MS Office (Excel, Word and PPT)
